Cystic Fibrosis: From Medical Discovery to Drug Development
This Introductory Lecture offers foundational knowledge on cystic fibrosis for this year’s Shaw Prize Lecture in Life Science and Medicine. Professor WONG Wing-tak Jack, Associate Professor of the School of Life Sciences of CUHK, will be delivering the Introductory Lecture to introduce the achievements of the Shaw Prize Laureates in Life Science and Medicine and elaborate on the causes, diagnosis and treatment of cystic fibrosis.
