Synopsis of Lecture:

In the past two years, businesses and brands have come under unprecedented challenges – economic uncertainty, geopolitical issues, global pandemic and government change instability. According to Edelman Trust Barometer, Hong Kong has experienced a 2-year freefall in Trust since 2019 with no trusted institutions (business, media, government, and NGO). Trust has never been put to the test more than it has this year. Can Trust be restored? What are the opportunities for brands?
