CUHK holds flag-raising ceremony on New Year’s Day
The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) held a flag-raising ceremony on New Year’s Day on campus today (1 January). CUHK’s Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Rocky S. Tuan was joined by the University’s senior management team as well as staff and students at the ceremony.
Commencing at 8:45am, the ceremony included a rendition of the National Anthem as the flags of the People’s Republic of China, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the University were raised to welcome the new year.
