The CUHK Communications and Public Relations Office (CPRO) is dedicated to showcasing CUHK’s diverse successes through various channels. We invite colleagues from all departments / units to share notable achievements or significant events with us via the below online form. Upon receiving your submission, we will reach out to you as soon as possible for further details.

To facilitate the reach of your story, research finding or other content, please provide a clear explanation of its uniqueness, significance and broader impacts. For example:

• Research successes: Write in clear and laymen-friendly terms, highlight any real-world applications, and specify whether it is the first occurrence at a global, regional or local level
• Award-winning projects: Mention the recognition and influence of the award in the relevant industry
• Social service projects: Describe their uniqueness and benefits to the community
• Personal stories: Share how they may inspire or encourage readers

Please note the turnaround time required for different promotion channels:

• Press releases / social media platforms: At least one week
• Media events / interviews: At least four weeks
