Remarks:
Appeal diners to bring their plates to the food waste separation stations after meal; Demonstrate the diners the correct practices in separating food waste, general waste and cutlery; Reflect their food waste generation rate to the diners, and introduce them the process of food waste recycling in later stage. Moreover, the ‘Big Waster’ will be with you on 19 and 23 January 2014!
