Event Details:

Emotions can trigger a range of physical and psychological symptoms, or even develop into emotional disorders, which can have a long-term impact on school, work and social life.

Emotional Health from the Perspective of Chinese Medicine

Chinese medicine believes that extreme emotions can harm the body and internal organs, leading to emotional disorders such as depression, anxiety, and stress-related issues like pain, indigestion, and palpitations. Early treatment of these emotional disorders can improve quality of life and reduce the risk of worsening conditions.

Research shows that Chinese medicine and acupuncture can effectively alleviate emotional problems, with proven efficacy. CUSCM clinics emphasize holistic treatment, where Chinese medicine practitioners support patients through dietary therapy, exercise, and relaxation techniques to gradually adjust lifestyle habits and improve emotional well-being in the long term.
