class=\"1\">\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\uff08\u4e2d\u5927\uff09\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u4e00\u9805\u6700\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u529f\u7834\u89e3\u7b87\u4e2d\u5967\u79d8\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u901a\u904e\u89c0\u5bdf\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u53d7\u640d\u814e\u81df\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u7684\u52d5\u614b\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u904e\u5ea6\u6fc0\u6d3b\u7684\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u8f49\u5316\u6210\u70ba\u4fc3\u9032\u7d44\u7e54\u7e96\u7dad\u5316\u7684\u808c\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u75c5\u60c5\u9032\u5c55\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u814e\u529f\u80fd\u8870\u9000\u3002\u4e2d\u5927\u5718\u968a\u767c\u73fe\u6b64\u8b8a\u7570\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u904e\u7a0b\u6703\u4ee4\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u4e0d\u6b63\u5e38\u5730\u8868\u9054\u51fa\u4e00\u500b\u8166\u90e8\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7368\u6709\u57fa\u56e0Pou4f1\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u524d\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80dePou4f1\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u6a19\u9776\u6cbb\u7642\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u963b\u6b62\u814e\u81df\u7e96\u7dad\u5316\uff0c\u70ba\u814e\u75c5\u6cbb\u7642\u958b\u5275\u65b0\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u5df2\u767c\u8868\u65bc\u570b\u969b\u77e5\u540d\u79d1\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u300a\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u79d1\u5b78\u9662\u9662\u520a\u300b\uff08<em>Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences<\/em><em>,<\/em><em> PNAS<\/em>\uff09\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"1\"><strong>\u91cd\u65b0\u5e73\u8861<\/strong><strong>\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u6210\u70ba\u6cbb\u7642\u814e\u75c5\u7684\u65b0\u7b56\u7565<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"1\">\u814e\u81df\u662f\u4eba\u9ad4\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5668\u5b98\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u8ca0\u8cac\u6392\u51fa\u9ad4\u5167\u6bd2\u7d20\u548c\u4ee3\u8b1d\u5ee2\u7269\u3002\u6162\u6027\u814e\u529f\u80fd\u75be\u75c5\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u539f\u767c\u6027\u6216\u7e7c\u767c\u6027\uff0c\u5f8c\u8005\u662f\u7531\u5176\u4ed6\u75be\u75c5\u5f15\u4f38\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff0c\u5982\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u3001\u764c\u75c7\u3001\u7d30\u83cc\u548c\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u65b0\u578b\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\uff1b\u7576\u75c5\u60c5\u56b4\u91cd\u81f3\u814e\u8870\u7aed\u53ef\u5c0e\u81f4\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002\u814e\u75c5\u76ee\u524d\u4ecd\u7136\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u5168\u7403\u6709\u8d85\u904e600\u842c\u540d\u60a3\u8005\u7531\u65bc\u814e\u8870\u7aed\u800c\u9700\u8981\u63a5\u53d7\u814e\u81df\u79fb\u690d\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u627e\u51fa\u65b0\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u5411\u4ee5\u89e3\u6c7a\u9f90\u5927\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u9700\u6c42\u5c24\u70ba\u8feb\u5207\u3002\u4ee4\u4eba\u632f\u596e\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u8fd1\u5e74\u767c\u73fe\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u5931\u8861\u662f\u5c0e\u81f4\u814e\u75c5\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u56e0\u7d20\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"1\">\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u8ca0\u8cac\u7dad\u6301\u814e\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u7684\u6e05\u9664\u548c\u7d44\u7e54\u4fee\u5fa9\ufe54\u4f46\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u904e\u5ea6\u6fc0\u6d3b\u6642\uff0c\u5247\u6703\u52a0\u901f\u814e\u8870\u7aed\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u904e\u5ea6\u6fc0\u6d3b\u7684\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u70ba\u4f55\u6703\u52a0\u901f\u7d44\u7e54\u7e96\u7dad\u5316\u7e7c\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u814e\u8870\u7aed\uff0c\u4e2d\u5927\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u5176\u4e2d\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u7d42\u65bc\u627e\u5230\u6cbb\u7642\u814e\u75c5\u7684\u65b0\u65b9\u5411\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"1\">\u4e2d\u5927\u674e\u5353\u654f\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u8b1b\u5ea7\u6559\u6388\u53ca\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5167\u79d1\u53ca\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u5b78\u7cfb\u6559\u6388<strong>\u85cd\u8f1d\u8000\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u6700\u8fd1\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5728\u53d7\u640d\u814e\u81df\u4e2d\u7684\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u9577\u671f\u904e\u5ea6\u6d3b\u8e8d\u800c\u76f4\u63a5\u8f49\u5316\u6210\u81f4\u75c5\u6027\u7684\u808c\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u5927\u5927\u52a0\u5287\u75a4\u75d5\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u589e\u751f\u3002\u9019\u500b\u5f15\u81f4\u814e\u8870\u7aed\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u73fe\u8c61\u7a31\u70ba\u300e\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de&mdash;\u808c\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\u8f49\u5316\u300f\uff08Macrophage-Myofibroblast Transition, MMT\uff09\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"1\"><strong>\u6291\u5236<\/strong><strong>\u300c<\/strong><strong>\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de&mdash;\u808c\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\u8f49\u5316<\/strong>\u300d<strong> <\/strong><strong>\u70ba\u814e\u8870\u7aed\u6cbb\u7642<\/strong><strong>\u5b9a\u65b0<\/strong><strong>\u65b9\u5411<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"1\">\u4e2d\u5927\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u7576\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u7570\u5e38\u5730\u8868\u9054\u51fa\u4e00\u500b\u8ca0\u8cac\u8166\u90e8\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u767c\u80b2\u7684\u8f49\u9304\u56e0\u5b50Pou4f1\u6642\uff0cMMT\u6a5f\u5236\u4fbf\u6703\u555f\u52d5\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6291\u5236\u57fa\u56e0Pou4f1\u5728\u814e\u81df\u7684\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u5236\u6b62\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u808c\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u7e7c\u800c\u5927\u5927\u6e1b\u6162\u814e\u8870\u7aed\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"1\">\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u75c5\u7406\u89e3\u5256\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u5b78\u7cfb\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388<strong>\u9127\u9298\u6b0a\u535a\u58eb<\/strong>\u8aaa\u660e\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5229\u7528\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u751f\u7269\u4fe1\u606f\u5b78\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4ee5\u55ae\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\u91cd\u5efaMMT\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8abf\u63a7\u7db2\u7d61\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u8166\u795e\u7d93\u7368\u6709\u57fa\u56e0Pou4f1\u5728\u814e\u75c5\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u64d4\u7576\u91cd\u8981\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u56e0\u800c\u555f\u767c\u4e86\u6211\u5011\u518d\u4f5c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5047\u8a2d\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u963b\u6b62\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9054Pou4f1\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u6e1b\u6162\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u814e\u529f\u80fd\u8870\u9000\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"1\">\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u7e7c\u800c\u958b\u5c55\u81e8\u5e8a\u524d\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u65bc\u5169\u500b\u5c0f\u9f20\u814e\u75c5\u6a21\u578b\u9032\u884c\u57fa\u56e0\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u7cbe\u6e96\u5730\u6291\u5236\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684Pou4f1\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u8b49\u5be6\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u963b\u6b62MMT\u7684\u555f\u52d5\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u53d7\u640d\u814e\u81df\u60e1\u5316\u3002\u9127\u9298\u6b0a\u535a\u58eb\u6191\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u65bc2019\u5e74\u7372\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u9812\u767cFaculty Innovation Award\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"1\">\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u75c5\u7406\u89e3\u5256\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u5b78\u7cfb\u7cfb\u4e3b\u4efb<strong>\u675c\u5bb6\u8f1d\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u514d\u75ab\u7642\u6cd5\u5728\u764c\u75c7\u4e0a\u5df2\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u63a5\u7d0d\uff0c\u73fe\u968e\u6bb5\u662f\u63a2\u7d22\u5b83\u6cbb\u7642\u5176\u4ed6\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002\u5728\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u78ba\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u5f15\u81f4\u5668\u5b98\u8870\u7aed\u7684\u65b0\u6a5f\u5236 MMT\uff0c\u4e26\u6210\u529f\u958b\u767c\u51fa\u4e00\u7a2e\u65b0\u578b\u514d\u75ab\u57fa\u56e0\u7642\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u63a7\u5236\u814e\u75c5\u7684\u65b0\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"1\">\u85cd\u8f1d\u8000\u6559\u6388\u88dc\u5145\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u4ea6\u767c\u660e\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u7121\u75c5\u6bd2\u57fa\u56e0\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u5b83\u7cbe\u78ba\u5730\u6291\u5236\u814e\u81df\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u7684Pou4f1\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u6216\u65bc\u5c07\u4f86\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u4e00\u500b\u5d84\u65b0\u3001\u6709\u6548\u53ca\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u814e\u75c5\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u300d\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u73fe\u6b63\u958b\u767c\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u9810\u9632MMT\u7684\u6291\u5236\u5291\uff0c\u70ba\u814e\u75c5\u514d\u75ab\u7642\u6cd5\u958b\u95e2\u65b0\u65b9\u5411\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"1\">\u6b64\u7814\u7a76\u7531\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662Faculty Innovation Award\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u7814\u7a76\u8cc7\u52a9\u5c40\u3001\u91ab\u7642\u885e\u751f\u7814\u7a76\u57fa\u91d1\u3001\u5275\u65b0\u53ca\u79d1\u6280\u57fa\u91d1\u3001\u5ee3\u6771\u7701\u79d1\u6280\u5ef3\u7cb5\u6e2f\u6fb3\u806f\u5408\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u53ca\u5442\u5fd7\u548c\u5275\u65b0\u91ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff08CARE\u8a08\u5283\uff09\u652f\u6301\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u5176\u4ed6\u4e3b\u8981\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u5305\u62ec\u8499\u7d0d\u8a31\u5927\u5b78David
