Reports<\/em>\uff09\u4e0a\u767c\u8868\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u90e8\u5206\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5\u8207\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u6578\u91cf\u6709\u95dc<\/strong><\/p><p>\u8166\u90e8\u662f\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u6307\u63ee\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u7531\u6578\u4ee5\u767e\u5104\u8a08\u3001\u4e0d\u540c\u985e\u578b\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7d44\u6210\u3002\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u8166\u90e8\u4fbf\u6709\u7740\u6578\u767e\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u5143\uff0c\u5404\u6709\u5c08\u9580\u7684\u7528\u9014\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u5011\u90fd\u662f\u900f\u904e\u4f4d\u65bc\u8166\u90e8\u7279\u5b9a\u5340\u57df\u7684\u4e00\u5c0f\u64ae\u795e\u7d93\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5316\u5f62\u6210\u3002<\/p><p>\u795e\u7d93\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u767c\u80b2\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u6703\u6309\u7167\u9810\u8a2d\u7684\u6642\u9593\u9806\u5e8f\uff0c\u8868\u9054\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u8f49\u9304\u56e0\u5b50\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u5206\u5316\u6210\u4e0d\u540c\u7a2e\u985e\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u3002\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u6578\u91cf\u7684\u5931\u8abf\u6703\u640d\u5bb3\u795e\u7d93\u7db2\u7d61\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u4e2d\u6a1e\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u75c5\u8b8a\u3002\u5f88\u591a\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5982\u81ea\u9589\u75c7\u8b5c\u7cfb\u969c\u7919\u53ca\u907a\u50b3\u6027\u5c0f\u8166\u840e\u7e2e\u75c7\u7b49\uff0c\u5176\u75c5\u7406\u6a5f\u5236\u90fd\u8207\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u6578\u76ee\u7684\u7f3a\u5931\u6709\u5bc6\u5207\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8abf\u63a7\u795e\u7d93\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5316\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u662f\u6cbb\u7642\u5404\u985e\u8166\u90e8\u767c\u80b2\u7f3a\u9677\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u4fee\u5fa9\u8166\u90e8\u5275\u50b7\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u95dc\u9375\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u63a7\u5236\u795e\u7d93\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5316\u7684\u6642\u9593\u8868\u5f9e\u800c\u8a98\u5c0e\u7279\u5b9a\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7684\u751f\u6210\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u91cd\u5927\u7684\u8b0e\u5718\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u63ed\u793a\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6216\u589e\u52a0\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u4fe1\u606f\u56e0\u5b50\u6703\u963b\u7919\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5316<\/strong><\/p><p>\u4ee5\u5c0f\u8166\u7684\u767c\u80b2\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u65e9\u671f\u968e\u6bb5\u7684\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u6703\u5206\u5316\u6210\u84b2\u91d1\u6c0f\u7d30\u80de (Purkinje cells)\u3002\u4f46\u96a8\u7740\u6642\u9593\u63a8\u79fb\uff0c\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u9010\u6f38\u5931\u53bb\u9019\u7a2e\u5206\u5316\u6f5b\u529b\u4e26\u8f49\u800c\u751f\u6210\u4e2d\u9593\u795e\u7d93\u5143(interneurons)\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u795e\u7d93\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u5206\u5316\u6f5b\u529b\u6703\u96a8\u7740BMP\u4fe1\u865f\u5f37\u5ea6\u4e0b\u964d\u800c\u6d88\u5931\u3002<\/p><p>\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u900f\u904e\u5c0f\u9f20\u6d3b\u9ad4\u5be6\u9a57\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u7576\u7f3a\u5c11\u4e86\u5169\u7a2eBMP\u4fe1\u606f\u50b3\u5c0e\u86cb\u767d &mdash; <em>Smad1<\/em>\u548c<em>Smad5<\/em>\uff0c\u795e\u7d93\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5316\u6210\u84b2\u91d1\u6c0f\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u6703\u4e0d\u5c0b\u5e38\u5730\u52a0\u901f\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u5c0e\u81f4\u5c0f\u8166\u5167\u84b2\u91d1\u6c0f\u7d30\u80de\u6578\u91cf\u986f\u8457\u6e1b\u5c11\uff0c\u4e2d\u9593\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7684\u6578\u91cf\u5927\u5e45\u4e0a\u5347\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u4e26\u78ba\u5b9a<em>Smad1<\/em>\u548c<em>Smad5<\/em>\u80fd\u5920\u76f4\u63a5\u6291\u5236\u4e0b\u6e38\u57fa\u56e0<em>Gsx1<\/em>\uff0c\u800c<em>Gsx1<\/em>\u7684\u8868\u9054\u5247\u6703\u4f7f\u795e\u7d93\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u55aa\u5931\u5206\u5316\u6f5b\u529b\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5617\u8a66\u900f\u904e\u6ce8\u5c04BMP\u4fe1\u606f\u56e0\u5b50\u5230\u5c0f\u9f20\u80da\u80ce\u7684\u8166\u810a\u6db2\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u6210\u529f\u5ef6\u7de9\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u6f5b\u80fd\u4e0b\u964d\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c\u7e7c\u800c\u8abf\u6574\u7279\u5b9a\u4e0d\u540c\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u6578\u91cf\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u3002<\/p><p>\u95dc\u6559\u6388\u89e3\u91cb\uff1a\u300c\u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u6b64\u524d\u4e00\u76f4\u672a\u80fd\u638c\u63e1\u907f\u514d\u795e\u7d93\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5316\u6f5b\u529b\u4e0b\u964d\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u9996\u6b21\u767c\u73fe\u5728\u54fa\u4e73\u985e\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u8166\u90e8\u4e2d\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u4fe1\u606f\u56e0\u5b50\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u5c0d\u65bc\u795e\u7d93\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5316\u6210\u4e0d\u540c\u7a2e\u985e\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\u6709\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u55ae\u55ae\u900f\u904e\u6539\u8b8a\u4fe1\u606f\u56e0\u5b50\u7684\u6578\u91cf\uff0c\u5df2\u53ef\u4ee5\u8abf\u7bc0\u795e\u7d93\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5316\u7684\u6642\u9593\u8868\uff0c\u9019\u5c0d\u7814\u767c\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u65b9\u6848\u5225\u5177\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u671d\u6b64\u65b9\u5411\u63a2\u8a0e\u61c9\u7528\u81f3\u81e8\u5e8a\u518d\u751f\u91ab\u5b78\u7684\u53ef\u884c\u6027\u3002\u300d<\/p><p>\u6b64\u9805\u76ee\u7372\u5f97\u7814\u7a76\u8cc7\u52a9\u5c40\u7684\u5353\u8d8a\u5b78\u79d1\u9818\u57df\u8a08\u5283\u548c\u512a\u914d\u7814\u7a76\u91d1\u8cc7\u52a9\uff0c\u4ea6\u662f\u4e2d\u5927\u8fb2\u696d\u751f\u7269\u6280\u8853\u570b\u5bb6\u91cd\u9ede\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u53ca\u767c\u80b2\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u9805\u76ee\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u95dc\u5065\u660e\u6559\u6388\u7c21\u6b77<\/strong><\/p><p>\u95dc\u5065\u660e\u6559\u6388\u73fe\u70ba\u4e2d\u5927\u7406\u5b78\u9662\u526f\u9662\u9577\uff08\u6559\u80b2\uff09\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u79d1\u5b78\u8ab2\u7a0b\u4e3b\u4efb\u53ca\u751f\u547d\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u526f\u6559\u6388\u3002\u95dc\u6559\u6388\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u5927\u5b78\u53d6\u5f97\u5b78\u58eb\u53ca\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u5fb7\u5dde\u5927\u5b78\u5b89\u5fb7\u68ee\u764c\u75c7\u4e2d\u5fc3\u64d4\u4efb\u535a\u58eb\u5f8c\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u3002\u81ea2006\u5e74\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u95dc\u6559\u6388\u4fbf\u81f4\u529b\u7814\u7a76\u5c0f\u8166\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8abf\u63a7\uff0c\u53ca\u5176\u8207\u5c0f\u8166\u840e\u7e2e\u75c7\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u95dc\u6559\u6388\u65bc2006\u5e74\u52a0\u5165\u4e2d\u5927\uff0c2008\u5e74\u7372\u4e2d\u5927\u9752\u5e74\u5b78\u8005\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u5c31\u734e\uff0c\u4e26\u5206\u5225\u65bc2009\u53ca2013\u5e74\u7372\u5f97\u4e2d\u5927\u7406\u5b78\u9662\u5091\u51fa\u6559\u5b78\u734e\u3002<\/p><p>\u8a3b\uff1a<\/p><p>Spatiotemporal
