\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u904f\u6b62\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u8a98\u767c\u7684\u809d\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u751f\u9577\u548c\u809d\u764c\u7684\u767c\u751f\u6a5f\u7387\u3002\u662f\u9805\u91cd\u8981\u767c\u73fe\u70ba\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u8a98\u767c\u7684\u809d\u764c\u6cbb\u7642\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5d84\u65b0\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u65bc4\u670818\u65e5\u5728\u570b\u969b\u8457\u540d\u91ab\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u300aScience Translational Medicine\u300b\u4f5c\u70ba<strong>\u5c01\u9762\u6587\u7ae0<\/strong>\u767c\u8868\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u9996\u6b21<\/strong><strong>\u767c\u73fe<\/strong><strong>SQLE<\/strong><strong>\u70ba\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d<\/strong><strong>\u8a98\u767c\u809d\u764c\u7684<\/strong><strong>\u95dc\u9375\u81f4\u764c\u57fa\u56e0<\/strong><\/p><p>\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u662f21\u4e16\u7d00\u5168\u7403\u6700\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u516c\u5171\u5065\u5eb7\u554f\u984c\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5927\u7d04\u4e09\u6210\u7684\u9999\u6e2f\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u60a3\u6709\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u3002\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u662f\u809d\u764c\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u8a98\u56e0\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u91ab\u5b78\u754c\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u7576\u4e2d\u7684\u6a5f\u7406\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4ea6\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u53ca\u9810\u9632\u85e5\u7269\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5167\u79d1\u53ca\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u5b78\u7cfb<strong>\u4e8e\u541b\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u53ca\u5176\u5718\u968a\u5c0718\u4f8b\u56e0\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u8a98\u767c\u809d\u764c\u7684\u816b\u7624\u7d44\u7e54\u8207\u5176\u6b63\u5e38\u809d\u81df\u7d44\u7e54\u9032\u884c\u57fa\u56e0\u6392\u5e8f\uff0c\u767c\u73feSQLE\u5728\u6b64\u985e\u809d\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u986f\u8457\u8f03\u9ad8\u3002\u5728\u4e09\u7d44\u7368\u7acb\u7684\u809d\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u7fa4\u7d44\u4e2d\u4ea6\u767c\u73feSQLE\u5728\u816b\u7624\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u4e00\u822c\u4e5f\u8f03\u591a\uff0c\u800c\u9ad8SQLE\u4e5f\u986f\u793a\u809d\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u671f\u7e2e\u77ed\u3002<\/p><p>SQLE\u662f\u4eba\u9ad4\u5167\u81bd\u56fa\u9187\u5408\u6210\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u9175\u7d20\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u901a\u904e\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u5c0f\u9f20\u5be6\u9a57\uff0c\u767c\u73feSQLE\u6703\u4fc3\u9032\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u81bd\u56fa\u9187\u916f\uff08cholesteryl ester\uff09\u7684\u5806\u7a4d\u548c\u589e\u52a0\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u555f\u52d5\u4fc3\u764cPTEN\/AKT\/mTOR\u4fe1\u865f\u901a\u8def\uff0c\u5f15\u81f4\u809d\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u751f\u9577\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5229\u7528\u57fa\u56e0\u5de5\u7a0b\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u69cb\u5efa\u5177\u9ad8SQLE\u809d\u81df\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u5c0f\u9f20\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u4ee5\u7814\u7a76SQLE\u5c0d\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u75c5\u53ca\u5176\u76f8\u95dc\u809d\u764c\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u6709SQLE\u57fa\u56e0\u8f49\u8b8a\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u5c0f\u9f20\u51fa\u73fe\u809d\u764c\u7684\u6a5f\u7387\u986f\u8457\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u7531\u6b64\u8b49\u660eSQLE\u662f\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u8a98\u767c\u809d\u764c\u7684\u81f4\u764c\u56e0\u7d20\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u6709\u52a9\u70ba\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u8a98\u767c\u7684\u809d\u764c\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b0\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u5411<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><p>\u7279\u6bd4\u8418\u82ac\uff08Terbinafine\uff0c\u70ba SQLE\u6291\u88fd\u5291\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e0a\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6297\u771f\u83cc\u85e5\u7269\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u767c\u73fe\u7279\u6bd4\u8418\u82ac\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4eSQLE\u5f15\u767c\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u81bd\u56fa\u9187\u916f\u5806\u7a4d\u548c\u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u6291\u5236\u809d\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u751f\u9577\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7279\u6bd4\u8418\u82ac\u6cbb\u7642\u53ef\u6291\u5236\u809d\u764c\u88f8\u9f20\u7684\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\uff0c\u5ef6\u9577\u5176\u5b58\u6d3b\u671f\u3002\u800c\u63a5\u53d7\u904e\u7279\u6bd4\u8418\u82ac\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u5c0f\u9f20\u60a3\u4e0a\u809d\u764c\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u4e5f\u660e\u986f\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u6240\u6709\u7d50\u679c\u5747\u986f\u793a\u7279\u6bd4\u8418\u82ac\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u6cbb\u7642\u53ca\u9810\u9632\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u8a98\u767c\u809d\u764c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u9818\u5c0e\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5167\u79d1\u8207\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u5b78\u7cfb\u4e8e\u541b\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u81bd\u56fa\u9187\u5408\u6210\u76f8\u95dc\u57fa\u56e0SQLE\u5728\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u8a98\u767c\u7684\u809d\u764c\u8d77\u4e86\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u7279\u6bd4\u8418\u82ac\u53ef\u88ab\u8003\u616e\u70ba\u6cbb\u7642\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u8a98\u767c\u7684\u809d\u764c\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u3002\u5718\u968a\u5c07\u7e7c\u7e8c\u7814\u7a76\u7279\u6bd4\u8418\u82ac\u5728\u6cbb\u7642\u53ca\u9810\u9632\u975e\u9152\u7cbe\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u8a98\u767c\u809d\u764c\u7684\u6548\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u5e0c\u671b\u5c07\u4f86\u53ef\u4ee5\u628a\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u8f49\u5316\u5230\u81e8\u5e8a\u61c9\u7528\u4e0a\u3002\u300d&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>\u5c01\u9762\u6587\u7ae0<\/strong>:
