(12\u67085\u65e5) \u5728\u4eab\u8b7d\u570b\u969b\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u300a\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u79d1\u5b78\u9662\u9662\u5831\u300b\u520a\u767b\u3002<\/p><p>\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u65cb\u687f\u83cc\u611f\u67d3\u5168\u7403\u4e00\u534a\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\uff0c\u4e26\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u6d88\u5316\u6027\u6f70\u760d\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u80c3\u764c\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u552f\u4e00\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u4eba\u80c3\u9ad8\u6fc3\u5ea6\u9178\u6027\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u751f\u5b58\u7684\u75c5\u83cc\u3002\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u7d72\u687f\u83cc\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u4eba\u80c3\u751f\u5b58\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u672c\u8eab\u6703\u7522\u751f\u5c3f\u7d20\u9176\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u9175\u7d20\u6703\u5c07\u80c3\u5167\u7684\u5c3f\u7d20\u5206\u89e3\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e4b\u91cb\u653e\u51fa\u6c28\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4e2d\u548c\u80c3\u9178\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5c3f\u7d20\u9176\u9700\u8981\u63a5\u6536\u93b3\u96e2\u5b50\u624d\u80fd\u767c\u63ee\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u9ec3\u6559\u6388\u6307\uff1a\u300c\u6e38\u96e2\u7684\u93b3\u96e2\u5b50\u672c\u8eab\u662f\u6709\u6bd2\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u7d72\u687f\u83cc\u5fc5\u9808\u627e\u5230\u4e00\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f7f\u93b3\u96e2\u5b50\u50b3\u905e\u81f3\u5c3f\u7d20\u9176\uff0c\u53c8\u4e0d\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u91cb\u653e\u6709\u6bd2\u7269\u8cea\u3002\u300d<\/p><p>\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u65cb\u687f\u83cc\u901a\u904e\u56db\u7a2e\u8f14\u52a9\u86cb\u767dUreE\u3001UreF\u3001UreG\u548cUreH\u4f86\u50b3\u905e\u93b3\u96e2\u5b50\u3002\u9ec3\u6559\u6388\u53ca\u5176\u5718\u968a\u4f7f\u7528X\u5c04\u7dda\u6676\u9ad4\u5b78\u4f5c\u70ba\u5206\u5b50\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\uff0c\u89c0\u5bdf\u9019\u4e9b\u8f14\u52a9\u86cb\u767d\u5982\u4f55\u5354\u540c\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c07\u93b3\u96e2\u5b50\u8f38\u9001\u5230\u5c3f\u7d20\u9176\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u767c\u73feUreG\u8f14\u52a9\u86cb\u767d\u662f\u8f38\u9001\u93b3\u96e2\u5b50\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u3002UreG\u8207\u4e09\u78f7\u9178\u9ce5\u82f7 \u7d50\u5408\u6216\u6c34\u89e3\u5f8c\uff0c\u5176\u5f62\u72c0\u6703\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u8ddf\u5176\u4ed6\u8f14\u52a9\u86cb\u767d\u7522\u751f\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0cUreG\u8207GTP\u7d50\u5408\u5f8c\uff0c\u6703\u8ddfUreE\u7522\u751f\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u65bcGTP\u6c34\u89e3\u5f8c\u5247\u8207UreF\/UreH\u7d50\u5408\u3002\u9ec3\u6559\u6388\u8aaa\uff1a\u300cUreG\u5141\u8a31\u93b3\u96e2\u5b50\u5f9eUreE\u901a\u904eUreG\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u50b3\u905e\u81f3\u5c3f\u7d20\u9176\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u50b3\u905e\u904e\u7a0b\u5728\u8f14\u52a9\u86cb\u767d\u4e4b\u9593\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u6709\u6bd2\u7684\u93b3\u96e2\u5b50\u6c92\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u9032\u5165\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u9020\u6210\u7834\u58de\u3002\u300d<\/p><p>\u7531\u65bc\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u65cb\u687f\u83cc\u7684\u5b58\u6d3b\u4f9d\u8cf4\u65bc\u5c3f\u7d20\u9176\u7684\u6d3b\u5316\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9ec3\u654e\u6388\u8a8d\u70ba\u6291\u5236\u93b3\u96e2\u5b50\u7684\u50b3\u905e\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u5c0d\u6297\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u65cb\u687f\u83cc\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u65b0\u7b56\u7565\uff1a\u300c\u7531\u65bc\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u65cb\u687f\u83cc\u5c0d\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u7684\u8010\u85e5\u6027\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u554f\u984c\u60e1\u5316\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u958b\u767c\u65b0\u7684\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u9776\u6a19\u3002\u300d\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u6b63\u5229\u7528\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d50\u69cb\u4f86\u5354\u52a9\u7be9\u9078\u80fd\u6291\u5236\u5c3f\u7d20\u9176\u6d3b\u5316\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u9ec3\u9326\u6ce2\u6559\u6388\u7c21\u4ecb<\/strong><\/p><p>\u9ec3\u9326\u6ce2\u6559\u6388\u662f\u73fe\u4efb\u4e2d\u5927\u751f\u547d\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u9662\u9577\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e2d\u5927\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u79d1\u5b78\u8207\u6676\u9ad4\u784f\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u526f\u4e3b\u4efb\u3002\u4ed6\u662f\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d50\u69cb\u529f\u80fd\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\uff0c\u66fe\u5728\u300a\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u79d1\u5b78\u9662\u9662\u5831\u300b\uff0c\u300aPLoS
