\u7c21\u7a31DNA\uff09\u4e2d\u7684\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\uff08Enhancer\uff09\u5c0d\u57fa\u56e0\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u898f\u5f8b\uff0c\u89e3\u91cb\u9019\u4e9bDNA\u8b8a\u7570\u7684\u5f8c\u679c\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u61c9\u7528\u5728\u4e2d\u5927\u7684\u809d\u764c\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u627e\u51fa\u53d7\u53bb\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u5f71\u97ff\u800c\u53ef\u80fd\u8a98\u767c\u809d\u764c\u7684\u4e09\u7d44\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u5206\u5225\u70ba\ufe55<em>PSRC1<\/em>\u3001<em>RBM24<\/em>\u53ca<em>TERT<\/em>\u3002\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u8ad6\u6587\u5df2\u520a\u767b\u65bc\u570b\u969b\u6b0a\u5a01\u7684\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u5b78\u8853\u520a\u7269\u300a\u81ea\u7136\uff0d\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u300b(Nature Genetics)\uff0c\u76f8\u95dc\u6578\u64da\u6210\u679c\u5df2\u7d93\u958b\u653e\u4e88\u5168\u7403\u5b78\u8853\u53ca\u91ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u4e4b\u7528\uff0c\u9020\u798f\u5168\u7403\u4eba\u985e\u3002<\/p><p>\u764c\u75c7\u662f\u56e0\u57fa\u56e0\u8b8a\u7570\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u7d30\u80de\u4e0d\u6b63\u5e38\u589e\u751f\u7684\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u8eab\u9ad4\u6b63\u5e38\u904b\u4f5c\u3002\u50b3\u7d71\u4e0a\uff0c\u91ab\u5b78\u754c\u4e3b\u8981\u96c6\u4e2d\u7814\u7a76\u57fa\u56e0\u7a81\u8b8a\u5c0e\u81f4\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u8b8a\u7570\uff0c\u4f46\u65bc\u975e\u57fa\u56e0\u90e8\u5206\u767c\u751f\u7a81\u8b8a\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u77ad\u89e3\u4e00\u76f4\u6709\u9650\u3002\u57fa\u56e0\u662fDNA\u4e2d\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u8f49\u9304\u4f5c\u7528\uff08Transcription\uff09\u7522\u751f\u6838\u91a3\u6838\u9178\uff08Ribonucleic Acid\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31RNA\uff09\u7684\u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u6700\u70ba\u4eba\u719f\u6089\u7684\u662f\u5e36\u6709\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7de8\u78bc\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff1b\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u5247\u662fDNA\u4e0a\u4e00\u7a2e\u53ef\u8207\u7279\u5b9a\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u4e92\u52d5\u7684\u5340\u57df\uff0c\u53ef\u589e\u5f37\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u8f49\u9304\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u7576\u57fa\u56e0\u8655\u65bc\u975e\u6d3b\u8e8d\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u5176DNA\u6703\u88ab\u300c\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u300d\uff0c\u9019\u5316\u5b78\u4f5c\u7528\u6703\u6291\u5236\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u8f49\u9304\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11RNA\u53ca\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u5408\u6210\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u548c\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u6703\u88ab\u300c\u53bb\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u300d\uff0c\u4ee5\u81f4\u7121\u6cd5\u6291\u5236\u8f49\u9304\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u751f\u7522\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u7d30\u80de\u8b8a\u7570\u800c\u7522\u751f\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u8449\u65ed\u7acb\u6559\u6388\u53ca\u5176\u5718\u968a\u5c31\u6b64\u9032\u884c\u7814\u7a76\u53ca\u5be6\u9a57\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u7a81\u7834\u6027\u7684\u65b0\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5f9e\u5927\u91cf\u6709\u95dc\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u6578\u64da\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u627e\u51fa\u7279\u5b9a\u898f\u5f8b\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u4f30\u7b97\u51fa\u6bcf\u4e00\u7a2e\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u4e92\u52d5\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u4eba\u9ad4935\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u7d44\u7e54\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u662f\u8fc4\u4eca\u63a1\u7528\u6700\u5927\u6578\u64da\u91cf\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u53cd\u6620\u5168\u7403\u7814\u7a76\u8da8\u52e2\u7684\u773e\u591a\u6a23\u672c\uff0c\u904b\u7b97\u51fa\u5728\u5404\u985e\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\uff0c\u6700\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u53d7\u8b8a\u7570\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4ea6\u8003\u616e\u4e86\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u4e92\u70ba\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u627e\u51fa\u4e92\u76f8\u906e\u853d\u4f46\u540c\u6642\u5177\u6709\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u7684\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u3002<\/p><p>\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u7387\u5148\u806f\u540c\u4e2d\u5927\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u61c9\u7528\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u7531\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u526f\u6559\u6388<strong>\u912d\u8a69\u6a02\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u9818\u5c0e\u7684\u5718\u968a\u9032\u884c\u5be6\u9a57\uff0c\u6bd4\u8f03\u6b63\u5e38\u809d\u81df\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u809d\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u9451\u5b9a\u51fa\u4e09\u7d44\u53d7\u53bb\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u81f4\u764c\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u5305\u62ec<em>PSRC1<\/em>\u3001<em>RBM24<\/em>\u53ca<em>TERT<\/em>\u3002\u5be6\u9a57\u63d0\u4f9b\u7e2e\u7a84\u767c\u6398\u81f4\u764c\u57fa\u56e0\u7bc4\u570d\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7814\u767c\u91dd\u5c0d\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u8b8a\u7570\u7684\u809d\u764c\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u8449\u6559\u6388\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u6703\u5c07\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u8f44\u4e0b\u9f3b\u54bd\u764c\u53ca\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u7814\u7a76\u5c0f\u7d44\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u9019\u5169\u500b\u9805\u76ee\u5408\u5171\u5f97\u5230\u9999\u6e2f\u7814\u7a76\u8cc7\u52a9\u5c40\u300c\u4e3b\u984c\u7814\u7a76\u8a08\u5283\u300d\u903e1\u51041\u5343\u842c\u6e2f\u5143\u7684\u8cc7\u52a9\u3002<\/p><p>\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u662f\u4e2d\u5927\u8a08\u7b97\u6a5f\u79d1\u5b78\u8207\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b78\u7cfb\u548c\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u7684\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u6a39\u7acb\u8de8\u5b78\u7cfb\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u5178\u7bc4\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u6578\u64da\u5df2\u7d93\u516c\u958b\u7d66\u5168\u7403\u76f8\u95dc\u6a5f\u69cb\u514d\u8cbb\u4e0b\u8f09\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u53ef\u4ee5\u6839\u64da\u75c5\u75c7\uff0c\u5728\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u63a8\u7b97\u51fa\u7684\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u8abf\u63a7\u7db2\u7d61\u4e2d\uff0c\u6bd4\u8f03\u75c5\u8b8a\u6578\u64da\u7684\u5206\u5225\uff0c\u5feb\u901f\u627e\u51fa\u6700\u53ef\u80fd\u81f4\u75c5\u7684\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u53ca\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u8ddf\u9032\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5ee3\u6cdb\u5730\u4fc3\u9032\u91ab\u5b78\u754c\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u767c\u6398\u51fa\u7d30\u80de\u8b8a\u7570\u4e4b\u6e90\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u85e5\u77f3\u4e82\u6295\u3002<\/p><p>\u5718\u968a\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8ad6\u6587\u300a\u91cd\u5efa935\u500b\u4eba\u9ad4\u539f\u7d30\u80de\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u682a\u4e2d\u7684\u589e\u5f37\u5b50\u8abf\u63a7\u7db2\u7d61\u300b(Reconstruction of Enhancer - Target Networks in 935 Samples of Human Primary Cells, tissues and cell lines\uff09\uff0c\u5df2\u65bc\u4e5d\u6708\u521d\u520a\u767b\u5728\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u5b78\u8853\u520a\u7269\u300a\u81ea\u7136\uff0d\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u300b\u7684\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\uff0c\u516c\u773e\u53ef\u4ee5\u767b\u5165\u7db2\u7ad9<a
