Radiology<\/em>\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u672c\u6e2f\u7d04<\/strong><strong>\u6709<\/strong><strong>72<\/strong><strong>\u842c\u540d<\/strong><strong>\u7537\u58eb\u51fa\u73fe\u826f\u6027\u524d\u5217\u817a\u589e\u751f<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u524d\u5217\u817a\u662f\u7537\u6027\u7684\u751f\u6b96\u817a\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u662f\u5206\u6ccc\u6fc3\u6db2\u6df7\u548c\u7cbe\u5b50\u5f62\u6210\u7cbe\u6db2\u3002\u826f\u6027\u524d\u5217\u817a\u80a5\u5927\u662f\u524d\u5217\u817a\u7684\u817a\u72c0\u7d44\u7e54\u975e\u764c\u75c7\u589e\u751f\u800c\u5f15\u81f4\uff0c\u5e38\u898b\u65bc\u5e74\u9577\u7537\u6027\uff0c\u767c\u75c5\u7387\u96a8\u5e74\u7d00\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u7576\u817a\u72c0\u7d44\u7e54\u4e0d\u65b7\u589e\u751f\uff0c\u4fbf\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u5835\u585e\u5c3f\u9053\uff0c\u963b\u7919\u6b63\u5e38\u6392\u5c3f\u3002\u6839\u64da\u81e8\u5e8a\u7d71\u8a08<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/Dom_cpr\/AppData\/Local\/Microsoft\/Windows\/Temporary%20Internet%20Files\/Content.Outlook\/Z1YOXGTW\/20170504%20CUHK%20Medicine%20Press%20Release_tc_final%20(2).doc#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>\uff0c\u7d04\u6709\u534a\u657851- 60\u6b72\u7684\u7537\u6027\u53ca\u4e5d\u621080\u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7537\u6027\u51fa\u73fe\u524d\u5217\u817a\u589e\u751f\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u4ee52016\u5e74\u4eba\u53e3\u8a08\u7b97\uff0c\u4f30\u8a08\u9999\u6e2f\u6709\u63a5\u8fd172\u842c\u4eba\u60a3\u4e0a\u524d\u5217\u817a\u589e\u751f\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u5728\u826f\u6027\u524d\u5217\u817a\u589e\u751f\u60a3\u8005\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u7d0450-60%\u75c5\u4eba\u6c92\u6709\u8868\u5fb5\uff0c\u4f46\u6b64\u75c5\u6703\u9010\u6f38\u5f71\u97ff\u6392\u5c3f\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u75c5\u4eba\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u5c3f\u6025\u3001\u7b49\u5c3f\u3001\u5c3f\u983b\u3001\u5c0f\u4fbf\u6d41\u91cf\u5fae\u5f31\u3001\u5c3f\u7026\u7559\u751a\u81f3\u8840\u5c3f\u7b49\u75c7\u72c0\u3002\u5982\u5c3f\u6db2\u9577\u671f\u4e0d\u80fd\u6392\u6e05\uff0c\u4ea6\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u6ccc\u5c3f\u9053\u611f\u67d3\u3001\u8180\u80f1\u7d50\u77f3\u53ca\u814e\u8870\u7aed\u7b49\u98a8\u96aa\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>\u300c\u524d\u5217\u817a\u52d5\u8108\u6813\u585e\u8853\u300d\u7642\u6548\u9054\u4e5d\u6210<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u4e2d\u5927\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u65bc2015\u5e746\u6708\u81f32016\u5e7412\u6708\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u5171\u70ba58\u540d\u826f\u6027\u524d\u5217\u817a\u589e\u751f\u60a3\u8005\u9032\u884c\u300c\u524d\u5217\u817a\u52d5\u8108\u6813\u585e\u8853\u300d\uff0c\u900f\u904eX\u5149\u5f71\u50cf\u5c0e\u5f15\uff0c\u4ee5\u5fae\u5c0e\u7ba1\u9032\u5165\u524d\u5217\u817a\u52d5\u8108\uff0c\u518d\u7528\u76f4\u5f91\u7d04100-300\u5fae\u7c73\u7684\u7279\u88fd\u5fae\u7403\u5835\u585e\u524d\u5217\u817a\u7684\u5fae\u8840\u7ba1\uff0c\u4ee4\u76f8\u95dc\u817a\u72c0\u7d44\u7e54\u7f3a\u8840\u6027\u58de\u6b7b\u53ca\u840e\u7e2e\uff0c\u4ee5\u7d13\u7de9\u5c3f\u9053\u5835\u585e\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u7576\u4e2d21\u540d\u75c5\u4eba\u5728\u6cbb\u7642\u524d\u5df2\u7d93\u60a3\u6709\u8180\u80f1\u51fa\u53e3\u5b8c\u5168\u963b\u585e\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u80fd\u6392\u5c3f\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u9577\u671f\u653e\u7f6e\u8180\u80f1\u5c3f\u7ba1\u89e3\u6c7a\u6392\u5c3f\u554f\u984c\u3002\u624b\u8853\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e5d\u6210\uff0819\u4eba\uff09\u75c5\u4eba\u5728\u5169\u9031\u5167\u53ef\u62d4\u9664\u5c3f\u7ba1\uff0c\u81ea\u884c\u6b63\u5e38\u6392\u5c3f\u3002\u6574\u9ad4\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4e5d\u6210\u60a3\u8005\uff0853\u4eba\uff09\u7684\u4e0b\u6ccc\u5c3f\u9053\u75c7\u72c0\u5728\u6cbb\u7642\u5f8c\u597d\u8f49\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5f71\u50cf\u53ca\u4ecb\u5165\u653e\u5c04\u5b78\u7cfb\u7cfb\u4e3b\u4efb\u517c\u900f\u8996\u5fae\u5275\u6cbb\u7642\u57fa\u91d1\u81e8\u5e8a\u79d1\u5b78\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7e3d\u76e3<strong>\u4f59\u4fca\u8c6a\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u5c0d\u65bc\u60a3\u6709\u4e2d\u5ea6\u81f3\u56b4\u91cd\u4e0b\u6ccc\u5c3f\u9053\u75c7\u72c0\u3001\u56f0\u64fe\u6027\u75c7\u72c0\u6216\u5c3f\u7026\u7559\u7684\u826f\u6027\u524d\u5217\u817a\u589e\u751f\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u73fe\u6642\u666e\u904d\u6703\u63a1\u7528\u5169\u7a2e\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848\uff1a\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u6216\u7c21\u7a31TURP\u300e\u7d93\u5c3f\u9053\u524d\u5217\u817a\u96fb\u522e\u8853\u300f\u7684\u624b\u8853\u6cbb\u7642\u3002\u7d93\u904e19\u500b\u6708\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b49\u5be6\u300e\u524d\u5217\u817a\u52d5\u8108\u6813\u585e\u8853\u300f\u5c0d\u6cbb\u7642\u826f\u6027\u524d\u5217\u817a\u589e\u751f\u6210\u6548\u986f\u8457\uff0c\u800c\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u6cbb\u7642\u5f8c\u5747\u6c92\u6709\u56b4\u91cd\u4e0d\u9069\u6216\u51fa\u73fe\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u3002\u300d&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u4f59\u6559\u6388\u88dc\u5145\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u570b\u969b\u524d\u5217\u817a\u75c7\u72c0\u8a55\u5206(IPSS)\u4e2d\u4f4d\u6578\u7531\u624b\u8853\u524d\u768421\u5206\u4e0b\u964d\u5230\u8853\u5f8c1\u500b\u6708\u76846\u5206\uff08\u8a55\u5206\u6108\u9ad8\u4ee3\u8868\u75c7\u72c0\u6108\u56b4\u91cd\uff09\uff1b\u5728\u8853\u5f8c12\u500b\u6708\u66f4\u964d\u81f32\u5206\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u300c\u524d\u5217\u817a\u52d5\u8108\u6813\u585e\u8853\u300d\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u679c\u986f\u8457\u53ca\u6709\u6301\u7e8c\u6539\u5584\u7684\u529f\u6548\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u570b\u969b\u52c3\u8d77\u529f\u80fd\u6307\u6a19(IIEF)\u5728\u624b\u8853\u524d\u5f8c12\u500b\u6708\u7684\u5c0d\u6bd4\uff0c\u300c\u524d\u5217\u817a\u52d5\u8108\u6813\u585e\u8853\u300d\u5c0d\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u52c3\u8d77\u529f\u80fd\u4e0d\u6703\u7522\u751f\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u6307\u6a19\u5982\u751f\u6d3b\u8cea\u91cf\u8a55\u5206(QOL)\u3001\u5ba2\u89c0\u6027\u7684\u5c3f\u901f\u6e2c\u8a66\u53ca\u5c3f\u7026\u7559\u6e2c\u8a66\u5747\u986f\u793a\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8eab\u5fc3\u72c0\u6cc1\u5728\u8853\u5f8c\u4e00\u5e74\u5167\u4ea6\u6709\u6301\u7e8c\u53ca\u986f\u8457\u7684\u6539\u5584\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u81f4\u529b\u63d0\u5347<\/strong><strong>\u300c\u524d\u5217\u817a\u52d5\u8108\u6813\u585e\u8853\u300d\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u300c\u524d\u5217\u817a\u52d5\u8108\u6813\u585e\u8853\u300d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u98a8\u96aa\u662f\u610f\u5916\u6813\u585e\u4e86\u901a\u5f80\u9670\u8396\u3001\u76f4\u8178\u3001\u548c\u8180\u80f1\u7684\u52d5\u8108\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u9019\u4e9b\u5668\u5b98\u7f3a\u8840\u6027\u58de\u6b7b\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u56b4\u91cd\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u7531\u65bc\u524d\u5217\u817a\u5167\u7684\u52d5\u8108\u8207\u901a\u5f80\u9019\u4e9b\u5668\u5b98\u7684\u52d5\u8108\u4ea4\u63a5\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u6813\u585e\u5fae\u7403\u610f\u5916\u6d41\u5165\u9019\u4e9b\u5668\u5b98\u3002\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u51fa\u73fe\u52d5\u8108\u4ea4\u63a5\u7684\u500b\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u8ca0\u8cac\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u91ab\u751f\u9700\u8981\u5177\u5099\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u53ca\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5835\u585e\u4ea4\u63a5\u7684\u52d5\u8108\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fdd\u8b77\u9019\u4e9b\u5668\u5b98\u514d\u65bc\u610f\u5916\u7684\u6813\u585e\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u9069\u7576\u7684\u57f9\u8a13\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5718\u968a\u5c07\u7e7c\u7e8c\u9032\u884c\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4ee5\u512a\u5316\u300c\u524d\u5217\u817a\u52d5\u8108\u6813\u585e\u8853\u300d\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u61c9\u7528\u53ca\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u5df2\u78ba\u8a3a\u524d\u5217\u817a\u80a5\u5927\u4e26\u60a3\u6709\u4e2d\u5ea6\u81f3\u56b4\u91cd\u4e0b\u6ccc\u5c3f\u9053\u75c7\u72c0\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\uff0c\u53ef\u96fb\u90f5\u838a\u5c0f\u59d0
