elegans\uff09\u7cbe\u5b50\u5167\u7684\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\uff0c\u5617\u8a66\u627e\u51fa\u7b54\u6848\u3002\u79c0\u9e97\u96b1\u687f\u7dda\u87f2\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u975e\u5bc4\u751f\u7dda\u87f2\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7368\u7acb\u751f\u5b58\uff0c\u8eab\u9577\u7d041\u6beb\u7c73\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u751f\u9577\u65bc\u6eab\u5e36\u6ce5\u571f\u4e2d\u3002\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u9577\u4e45\u4ee5\u4f86\u5229\u7528\u79c0\u9e97\u96b1\u687f\u7dda\u87f2\u4f5c\u7d30\u80de\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u662f\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u6a21\u5f0f\u751f\u7269\uff08model organism\uff09\u3002\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u5df2\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u7dda\u87f2\u6bcd\u89aa\u7684\u5375\u5b50\u7d30\u80de\u6703\u7522\u751f\u81ea\u566c\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u541e\u566c\u7cbe\u5b50\u7684\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u5b83\u5011\u5206\u89e3\uff08degradation\uff09\u3002\u4f46<strong>\u59dc\u6559\u6388\u53ca\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5229\u7528\u9ad8\u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\uff0c\u89c0\u5bdf\u7dda\u87f2\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u90e8\u7d50\u69cb\u5c0f\u81f3\u7d0d\u7c73\u5c3a\u5ea6\u7684\u4e09\u7dad\u5f71\u50cf<\/strong>\u6642\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u7cbe\u5b50\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u5728\u6bcd\u89aa\u5375\u5b50\u7684\u81ea\u566c\u4f5c\u7528\u767c\u751f\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u51fa\u73fe\u8870\u9000\u7684\u8de1\u8c61\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u59dc\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c<strong>\u6211\u5011\u767c\u73fe\u7cbe\u5b50\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u6709\u81ea\u6211\u5206\u89e3\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\uff08<\/strong><strong>self-degradation<\/strong><strong>\uff09\uff0c\u5982\u540c\u4e00\u7a2e\u81ea\u6bba\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u7576\u7cbe\u5b50\u9032\u5165\u5375\u5b50\u6642\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u5167\u5728\u6a5f\u5236\u5c31\u6703\u7acb\u5373\u555f\u52d5\u3002\u6211\u5011\u66f4\u767c\u73fe\u7576\u6b64\u6a5f\u5236\u906d\u5230\u5ef6\u7de9\uff0c\u80da\u80ce\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u7387\u4fbf\u6703\u964d\u4f4e\u3002\u6b64\u767c\u73fe\u6709\u52a9\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u4e86\u89e3\u8207\u6b64\u6a5f\u5236\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6539\u5584\u4eba\u5de5\u6388\u5b55\u7684\u6280\u8853\u3002<\/strong>\u300d&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u57fa\u65bc\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u518d\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5c0b\u627e\u4fc3\u9032\u7cbe\u5b50\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u81ea\u6211\u5206\u89e3\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u65bc\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u8868\u9762\u7684CPS-6\u86cb\u767d\u6709\u5207\u65b7DNA\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u6b64\u767c\u73fe\u5728\u5206\u5b50\u5c64\u9762\u76f4\u63a5\u89e3\u91cb\u4e86\u70ba\u4f55\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4DNA\u4e0d\u80fd\u901a\u904e\u7236\u7cfb\u907a\u50b3\uff1a\u7576\u7cbe\u5b50\u9032\u5165\u5375\u5b50\u6642\uff0cCPS-6\u86cb\u767d\u6703\u79fb\u52d5\u5230\u7cbe\u5b50\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u4e0a\u4e26\u5206\u89e3\u5176DNA\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u66f4\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5047\u5982\u7236\u89aa\u7684\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u4e0d\u88ab\u6e05\u9664\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u50b7\u5bb3\u767c\u80b2\u4e2d\u7684\u80da\u80ce\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u7531\u65bc\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u70ba\u7d30\u80de\u4ee3\u8b1d\u63d0\u4f9b\u80fd\u91cf\u6642\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u640d\u50b7\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5b83\u5011\u53d7\u5230\u7d30\u80de\u81ea\u566c\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u56b4\u5bc6\u76e3\u5bdf\uff0c\u7570\u5e38\u7684\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u6703\u88ab\u81ea\u566c\u4f5c\u7528\u6e05\u9664\u3002\u5728\u4eba\u9ad4\u4e2d\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u9019\u500b\u6e05\u9664\u529f\u80fd\u767c\u751f\u7570\u5e38\uff0c\u4fbf\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u81f4\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u75be\u75c5\u3002<strong>\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u7dda\u87f2\u7684\u7236\u7cfb\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4<\/strong><strong>DNA<\/strong><strong>\u7684\u6e05\u9664\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u5c07\u70ba\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u9ad4\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u81ea\u566c\u7cfb\u7d71\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b0\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u70ba\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u63d0\u4f9b\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5e15\u91d1\u905c\u75c7\u3001\u8166\u9000\u5316\u75c7\u3001\u4e00\u4e9b\u5fc3\u81df\u75be\u75c5\u53ca\u5931\u660e\u7b49\u3002<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u59dc\u6559\u6388\u7e8c\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c<strong>\u591a\u5b78\u79d1\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c0d\u65bc\u89e3\u7b54\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u4e2d\u7684\u96e3\u984c\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u5408\u4e86\u5148\u9032\u96fb\u5b50\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u6210\u50cf\u6280\u8853\u548c\u751f\u7269\u5316\u5b78\u6280\u8853\uff08\u641c\u5c0b\u86cb\u767d\uff09\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e00\u4e0d\u53ef\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u5c55\u73fe\u4e86\u64c1\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u5c08\u9577\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u7dca\u5bc6\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002<\/strong>\u6211\u5728\u6b64\u8877\u5fc3\u611f\u8b1d\u9999\u6e2f\u7814\u7a76\u8cc7\u52a9\u5c40\u7684\u5353\u8d8a\u5b78\u79d1\u9818\u57df\u8a08\u5283\u5c0d\u4e2d\u5927\u7d30\u80de\u5668\u751f\u7269\u5408\u6210\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u904b\u7528\u5148\u9032\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u6280\u8853\u65bc\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u3002\u300d&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>\u59dc\u79c9\u660a\u6559\u6388\u7c21\u6b77<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u59dc\u79c9\u660a\u6559\u6388\u73fe\u4efb\u751f\u547d\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u526f\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u662f\u4e2d\u5927\u7d30\u80de\u5668\u751f\u7269\u5408\u6210\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u6210\u54e1\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7372\u9999\u6e2f\u7814\u7a76\u8cc7\u52a9\u5c40\u5353\u8d8a\u5b78\u79d1\u9818\u57df\u8a08\u5283\u8cc7\u52a9\uff08AoE\/M-05\/12\uff09\u3002\u59dc\u6559\u6388\u5728\u9996\u723e\u5927\u5b78\u53d6\u5f97\u5316\u5b78\u5b78\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u5a01\u65af\u5eb7\u8f9b\u5927\u5b78\u9ea5\u8fea\u905c\u5206\u6821\u7372\u5f97\u751f\u7269\u5316\u5b78\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u3002\u5728\u52a0\u5165\u4e2d\u5927\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4ed6\u5728\u4f5b\u7f85\u91cc\u9054\u5927\u5b78\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u8207\u7d30\u80de\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u7cfb\u4efb\u526f\u6559\u6388\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u59dc\u6559\u6388\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u548c\u96fb\u5b50\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\u3002\u4ed6\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u4f7f\u7528\u5206\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u6280\u8853\u548c\u9ad8\u5206\u8fa8\u4e09\u7dad\u96fb\u5b50\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u6280\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u52d5\u690d\u7269\u7d30\u80de\u5668\u751f\u7269\u5408\u6210\u3002\u4ed6\u5728\u7dda\u87f2\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u548c\u81ea\u566c\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u5176\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5728\u773e\u591a\u77e5\u540d\u570b\u969b\u79d1\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u4e0a\u767c\u8868\uff0c\u5305\u62ec<em>Science,
