href=\"http:\/\/www.photonicsonline.com\/doc\/graphene-on-chip-closing-the-gap-with-germanium-0001\">http:\/\/www.photonicsonline.com\/doc\/graphene-on-chip-closing-the-gap-with-germanium-0001<\/a><\/p><p>\u5728\u66fe\u6559\u6388\u548c\u8a31\u6559\u6388\u7684\u5e36\u9818\u4e0b\uff0c\u79d1\u7814\u5718\u968a\u5229\u7528\u900f\u660e\u81a0\u5e36\uff0c\u5f9e\u77f3\u58a8\u4e2d\u6a5f\u68b0\u525d\u96e2\u51fa\u55ae\u4e00\u78b3\u539f\u5b50\u5c64\u7684\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u7f6e\u65bc\u77fd\u61f8\u6d6e\u8584\u819c\u5149\u6ce2\u5c0e\u8def\u7684\u9802\u90e8\uff0c\u88fd\u4f5c\u51fa\u7570\u8cea\u7d50\u7d50\u69cb\u7684\u5149\u63a2\u6e2c\u5668\u3002\u8a72\u5668\u4ef6\u5728\u5ba4\u6eab\u4e0b\u5177\u6709\u5f88\u5bec\u7684\u5149\u8b5c\u63a2\u6e2c\u7bc4\u570d\u3002\u9019\u9805\u7a81\u7834\u6027\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u9032\u5c55\uff0c\u6709\u671b\u5be6\u73fe\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\u3001\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u3001\u9ad8\u96c6\u6210\u5ea6\u7684\u4e2d\u7d05\u5916\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u5149\u63a2\u6e2c\u5668\u3002\u79d1\u7814\u5718\u968a\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u55ae\u5c64\u77f3\u58a8\u548c\u77fd\u5149\u6ce2\u5c0e\u88fd\u4f5c\u7684\u7570\u8cea\u7d50\u4e2d\u7d05\u5916\u63a2\u6e2c\u5668\u5177\u6709\u5f88\u9ad8\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u3002\u6574\u500b\u7814\u7a76\u5f9e\u6750\u6599\u88fd\u5099\u3001\u5668\u4ef6\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u4ee5\u81f3\u6e2c\u91cf\uff0c\u5747\u7531\u4e2d\u5927\u96fb\u5b50\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b78\u7cfb\u79d1\u7814\u4eba\u54e1\u7368\u7acb\u5b8c\u6210\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u8a31\u5efa\u658c\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u79d1\u7814\u5718\u968a\u63d0\u51fa\u4e26\u958b\u767c\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u65b0\u7a4e\u7684\u3001\u7528\u805a\u7126\u5149\u67f5\u8026\u5408\u7684\u4e2d\u7d05\u5916\u61f8\u6d6e\u8584\u819c\u6ce2\u5c0e\u3002\u901a\u904e\u5c07\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u653e\u7f6e\u65bc\u6ce2\u5c0e\u7684\u9802\u7aef\uff0c\u5668\u4ef6\u80fd\u5920\u5438\u6536\u8d85\u904e90\uff05\u7684\u5165\u5c04\u5149\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u4e26\u4e14\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u5169\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u63a2\u6e2c\u5668\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u5728\u8fd1\u7d05\u5916\u548c\u4e2d\u7d05\u5916\u6ce2\u9577\u7bc4\u570d\u7684\u7522\u751f\u4e0d\u540c\u6975\u6027\u7684\u5149\u96fb\u6d41\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u63a8\u9032\u4e86\u4e2d\u7d05\u5916\u5149\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6280\u8853\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u5728\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u5de5\u7a0b\u7684\u4e2d\u63a8\u9032\u7d05\u5916\u5149\u8b5c\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u300d&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u79d1\u7814\u5718\u968a\u88fd\u4f5c\u4e86\u7528\u65bc\u4e2d\u5916\u5149\u8b5c\u63a2\u6e2c\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u5149\u63a2\u6e2c\u5668\u3002\u5728\u4e2d\u7d05\u5916\uff08\u6ce2\u9577\u5f9e2\u5fae\u7c73\u523020\u5fae\u7c73\uff09\uff0c\u6c23\u9ad4\u5206\u5b50\u5177\u6709\u8f03\u5f37\u7684\u5171\u632f\u5438\u6536\u5cf0\uff0c\u53ef\u7528\u4f86\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5fae\u91cf\u7684\u6c23\u9ad4\u6fc3\u5ea6\uff08\u5341\u5104\u5206\u4e4b\u5e7e\uff09\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u5316\u5b78\u5149\u8b5c\u5177\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5982\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u76e3\u6e2c\u3001\u6c23\u9ad4\u300c\u6307\u7d0b\u300d\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5206\u6790\u4eba\u985e\u547c\u5438\u75be\u75c5\u6a19\u8a18\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5546\u7528\u7684\u4e2d\u7d05\u5916\u63a2\u6e2c\u5668\u901a\u5e38\u63a1\u7528\u50f9\u683c\u6602\u8cb4\u7684\u7a84\u5e36\u9699\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u548c\u542b\u6bd2\u7684\u6c5e\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u4e26\u53ea\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u4f4e\u6eab\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u64cd\u4f5c\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u4eca\u6b21\u662f\u9999\u6e2f\u79d1\u7814\u5718\u968a\u8fc4\u4eca\u70ba\u6b62\u5728\u300a\u81ea\u7136-\u5149\u5b50\u5b78\u300b\u671f\u520a\u4e0a\u767c\u8868\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u7bc7\u8ad6\u6587\u3002\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u671f\u7684\u300a\u81ea\u7136-\u5149\u5b50\u5b78\u300b\uff0c\u4ea6\u5831\u5c0e\u4e86\u9ebb\u7701\u7406\u5de5\u5b78\u9662\u53ca\u5967\u5730\u5229\u7dad\u4e5f\u7d0d\u6280\u8853\u5927\u5b78\u7684\u79d1\u7814\u5718\u968a\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4e8c\u7dad\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u96f6\u80fd\u9699\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5b83\u5177\u6709\u8d85\u5bec\u7684\u5149\u8b5c\u5e36\u5bec\uff0c\u8986\u84cb\u5f9e\u53ef\u898b\u5149\u5230\u592a\u8d6b\u8332\u983b\u7387\u3002\u5c07\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u96c6\u6210\u5728\u77fd\u5149\u5b78\u82af\u7247\u5f8c\uff0c\u5149\u548c\u77f3\u58a8\u70ef\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u589e\u5f37\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u4ee5\u986f\u8457\u63d0\u9ad8\u5149\u5b78\u5438\u6536\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5149\u63a2\u6e2c\u5668\u7684\u97ff\u61c9\u5ea6\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u66fe\u6f22\u5947\u6559\u6388\u70ba\u77fd\u5149\u5b50\u5b78\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u767c\u8868\u4e86\u8d85\u904e280\u7bc7\u7684\u671f\u520a\u53ca\u6703\u8b70\u9304\u8ad6\u6587\u3002\u66fe\u6559\u6388\u73fe\u6642\u662f\u4e2d\u5927\u96fb\u5b50\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b78\u7cfb\u7cfb\u4e3b\u4efb\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u8a31\u5efa\u658c\u6559\u6388\u70ba\u7d0d\u7c73\u6280\u8
