Marsh\u6559\u6388\u70ba\u4e2d\u5927\u4e94\u5341\u5468\u5e74\u5091\u51fa\u5b78\u4eba\u8b1b\u5ea7\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u4e3b\u8b1b\u5609\u8cd3\u3002Marsh\u6559\u6388\u5c07\u65bc\u4e0b\u5468\u4e8c\uff087\u67082\u65e5\uff09\u849e\u81e8\u4e2d\u5927\uff0c\u4ee5<strong>\u300c\u5b78\u751f\u5c0d\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u5b78\u7684\u8a55\u9451\uff1a\u512a\u5316\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u5be6\u8e10\u300d<\/strong>\u70ba\u984c\u6f14\u8b1b\u3002\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u4eba\u58eb\u53ef\u65bc<a href=\"http:\/\/www.50.cuhk.edu.hk\/zh_tw\/events\/herbert_marsh\">www.50.cuhk.edu.hk\/zh_tw\/events\/herbert_marsh<\/a>\u4f5c\u7db2\u4e0a\u767b\u8a18\uff0c\u8b1b\u5ea7\u5c07\u4ee5\u82f1\u8a9e\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u8cbb\u7528\u5168\u514d\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>Herbert Marsh\u6559\u6388\u5c07\u5206\u4eab\u4ed6\u5c0d\u300c\u5b78\u751f\u5c0d\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u5b78\u7684\u8a55\u9451\u300d\uff08students' evaluations of teaching effectiveness\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31SETs\uff09\u7684\u898b\u89e3\u3002SETs\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u5099\u53d7\u5168\u7403\u5404\u5927\u9ad8\u7b49\u9662\u6821\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8ab2\u984c\uff0c\u65e9\u65bc\u516b\u5341\u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u5df2\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u7814\u7a76\u5960\u4e0b\u4e86\u5805\u5be6\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u7136\u800c\u8fd1\u5341\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u5b78\u8005\u5f88\u5c11\u5c31SETs\u4e00\u4e9b\u95dc\u9375\u6027\u7684\u5c40\u9650\u9032\u884c\u7814\u7a76\uff1b\u5373\u4f7f\u6709\u9069\u5408\u7684\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u4e5f\u5f88\u5c11\u904b\u7528\u5728SETs\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e0a\u3002SETs\u5f80\u5f80\u8f03\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7528\u65bc\u4eba\u4e8b\u6c7a\u7b56\u4e0a\uff0c\u8f03\u5c11\u7528\u65bc\u63d0\u5347\u6559\u5b78\u6548\u80fd\u3002\u6cc1\u4e14\uff0c\u5728\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5168\u9762\u63d0\u5347\u6559\u5b78\u6548\u80fd\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u8a55\u50f9\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u6559\u5e2b\u7684\u58eb\u6c23\u9020\u6210\u6253\u64ca\u3002Marsh\u6559\u6388\u5c07\u65bc\u8b1b\u5ea7\u4e2d\u63a2\u8a0eSETs\u5728\u63d0\u5347\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u6210\u6548\u4e0a\u4e4b\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u5efa\u8b70\u5b78\u754c\u52a0\u5f37\u5c0dSETs\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>Herbert Marsh\u6559\u6388\u8eab\u517c\u6fb3\u6d32\u897f\u6089\u5c3c\u5927\u5b78Centre for Positive Psychology and Education\u5091\u51fa\u6559\u6388\u548c\u725b\u6d25\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u7cfb\u6559\u6388\u5169\u8077\u3002\u4ed6\u662f\u4e00\u4f4dISI\u9ad8\u5f15\u7528\u7387\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\uff08ISI highly cited researcher\uff09\uff0c\u8457\u6709340\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u88ab\u5168\u7403\u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u5f15\u7528\u903e18,000\u6b21\uff0cISI\u5f15\u7528\u6307\u6578\u905469\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1\u7684Google Scholar H-Index\u66f4\u9ad8\u9054100\u3002Marsh\u6559\u6388\u662f\u725b\u6d25\u5927\u5b78Self-concept Enhancement and Learning Facilitation (SELF) Research Centre\u7684\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e0d\u4f46\u64d4\u4efb\u4e3b\u4efb\uff0c\u4ea6\u53c3\u8207SELF\u5c08\u984c\u8ad6\u6587\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u7de8\u8f2f\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u73fe\u6642\uff0cSELF\u5df2\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5404\u9802\u5c16\u9662\u6821\u767c\u5c55\u4e86450\u500b\u6210\u54e1\u53ca\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002Marsh\u6559\u6388\u5275\u9020\u4e86\u300csubstantive-methodological synergy\u300d\u9019\u8a5e\u7d44\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u4ed6\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u652f\u67f1\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7814\u7a76\u7bc4\u7587\u5305\u62ec\u81ea\u6211\u6982\u5ff5\u548c\u52d5\u6a5f\u7684\u5efa\u69cb\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u6548\u80fd\u7684\u8a55\u4f30\u3001\u767c\u5c55\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u3001\u7d71\u8a08\u5206\u6790\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u589e\u503c\u53ca\u80cc\u5883\u95dc\u4fc2\u6a21\u5f0f\u3001\u904b\u52d5\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u3001\u540c\u5115\u8a55\u50f9\u3001\u6027\u5225\u5dee\u7570\u3001\u670b\u8f29\u652f\u63f4\u53ca\u53cd\u6b3a\u51cc\u7b49\u3002Marsh\u6559\u6388\u66fe\u4efb\u4e2d\u5927\u5049\u502b\u8a2a\u554f\u6559\u6388\u3002<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p>","show_as_achievement":false,"achievement_category":[],"show_as_clarification":false,"show_as_announcement":false,"photos":null,"attachments":null,"video_source":null,"video_file":null,"add_play_button":false,"video_caption":"","show_migration":false,"original_id":"1579","photos_original":[{"photo":"51c93bfa7fc23.jpg","caption":"Herbert W.
