Syndrome)\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u63a8\u884c\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5510\u6c0f\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u7522\u524d\u7be9\u67e5\u548c\u8a3a\u65b7\uff0c\u5510\u6c0f\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u7684\u51fa\u751f\u7387\u5df2\u5927\u5927\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u8106\u6027X\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u8b8a\u5f97\u76f8\u5c0d\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u7d04\u6bcf4,000\u81f310,000\u540d\u7537\u6027\u4fbf\u6709\u4e00\u4eba\u60a3\u6709\u8106\u6027X\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\uff0c\u7531\u5176\u6bcd\u89aa\uff08\u96b1\u6027\u60a3\u8005\uff09\u907a\u50b3\u81f4\u75c5\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\uff08\u4e2d\u5927\uff09\u5a66\u7522\u79d1\u5b78\u7cfb\u5f15\u5165\u5d84\u65b0\u7684<strong><em>Fragile X PCR<\/em><\/strong>\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u9996\u5ea6\u5728\u6e2f\u63a8\u51fa\u8106\u6027X\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u7684\u7be9\u67e5\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u53ef\u70ba\u5973\u6027\u96b1\u6027\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u5feb\u901f\u6e96\u78ba\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u8a55\u4f30\u5973\u6027\u5065\u5eb7\u53ca\u7522\u524d\u8a3a\u65b7\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u6bcf250\u81f31,000\u540d\u5973\u6027\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u4eba\u662fX\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4FMR1\u57fa\u56e0\u524d\u7a81\u8b8a (pre-mutation) \u7684\u7121\u75c7\u72c0\u96b1\u6027\u60a3\u8005\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u524d\u7a81\u8b8a\u8868\u73fe\u70ba\u57fa\u56e0\u6392\u5e8f\u4e2dCGG\u4e09\u6838\u82f7\u9178\u91cd\u8907\u6b21\u6578\u7684\u589e\u52a0\uff0855\u81f3200\u6b21\uff09\u3002\u7576\u524d\u7a81\u8b8a\u7684X\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u7d93\u5b55\u5a66\u50b3\u7d66\u7537\u80ce\uff0cCGG\u91cd\u8907\u6b21\u6578\u53ef\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u52a0\u81f3200\u6b21\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff08\u5373\u5168\u7a81\u8b8afull mutation\uff09\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u80ce\u5152\u667a\u529b\u9072\u7de9\u548c\u81ea\u9589\u75c7\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5973\u6027\u60a3\u8005\u4e5f\u6703\u9762\u81e8\u65e9\u7d55\u7d93 (pre-mature menopause) \u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u53ca\u65e9\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5973\u6027\u662f\u5426\u8106\u6027X\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u7684\u96b1\u6027\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u5c0d\u7570\u5e38\u80ce\u5152\u7684\u7522\u524d\u8a3a\u65b7\u4ee5\u81f3\u5a66\u5973\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8a55\u4f30\u7686\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u8981\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u50b3\u7d71\u8a3a\u65b7\u8106\u6027X\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u662fSouthern\u5370\u8a18\u96dc\u4ea4\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u8a72\u6280\u8853\u80fd\u6e96\u78ba\u8a08\u7b97CGG\u91cd\u8907\u5e8f\u5217\u7684\u6b21\u6578\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u65bc\u8017\u6642\u8017\u529b\uff0c\u96e3\u4ee5\u6eff\u8db3\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u7be9\u67e5\u7684\u9700\u8981\u3002\u800c\u4e00\u822cPCR\u65b9\u6cd5\u96d6\u53ef\u6eff\u8db3\u5feb\u901f\u5206\u6790\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4f46\u7121\u6cd5\u6e2c\u51fa130\u6b21\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u91cd\u8907\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u9020\u6210\u5047\u9670\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u4e2d\u5927\u5a66\u7522\u79d1\u5b78\u7cfb\u7387\u5148\u5f15\u5165\u65b0\u578bPCR\u6280\u8853 (<strong><em>Fragile X PCR<\/em><\/strong>)\uff0c\u4ee5\u7be9\u67e5\u8106\u6027X\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e00\u822cPCR\uff0c\u6b64\u6280\u8853\u4e0d\u50c5\u80fd\u6e2c\u51fa\u9ad8\u9054900\u6b21\u7684CGG\u91cd\u8907\u5e8f\u5217\uff0c\u66f4\u53ef\u7cbe\u78ba\u5340\u5206\u6b63\u5e38\uff08 200\u6b21CGG\u91cd\u8907\uff09\u56db\u7a2e\u985e\u578b\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u904b\u7b97\u901f\u5ea6\u751a\u9ad8\uff0c\u6700\u5feb\u53ea\u9700\u4e00\u5929\u4fbf\u6709\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7d50\u679c\u3002\u4e2d\u5927\u6700\u8fd1\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u9805\u5d84\u65b0<strong><em>Fragile X PCR<\/em><\/strong>\u6280\u8853\u9a57\u8b49\u4e8614\u4f8b\u5168\u7a81\u8b8a\u300120\u4f8b\u524d\u7a81\u8b8a\u75c5\u4f8b\u548c75\u4f8b\u6b63\u5e38\u5c0d\u7167\uff0c\u6e96\u78ba\u7387\u70ba100%\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u82e5\u5b55\u5a66\u521d\u6b65\u6aa2\u6e2c\u51fa\u60a3\u6709\u8106\u6027X\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\uff0c\u5247\u53ef\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5c0d\u5176\u80ce\u5152\u9032\u884c\u7522\u524d\u8a3a\u65b7\u3002\u4e2d\u5927\u4ea6\u6210\u529f\u5730\u5229\u7528<strong><em>Fragile X PCR<\/em><\/strong>\u8f14\u52a9\uff0c\u78ba\u8a3a\u4e00\u5b97\u60a3\u75c5\u7537\u80ce\u500b\u6848\uff0c\u8a72\u540d\u5b55\u5a66\u8b49\u5be6\u70ba\u96b1\u6027\u60a3\u8005\u3002&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u7e3d\u62ec\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4e2d\u5927\u5f15\u5165\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8106\u6027X\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u7684<strong><em>Fragile X
