of <\/em>\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u5efa\u7acb\u4e16\u754c\u7d1a\u5f71\u50cf\u5e73\u53f0\u652f\u63f4\u79d1\u7814\u5353\u8d8a<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u5728\u7814\u8cc7\u5c40\u7814\u7a76\u8cc7\u52a9\u53ca\u4e2d\u5927\u914d\u5c0d\u57fa\u91d1\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\uff0c\u59dc\u6559\u6388\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u5148\u9032\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u53ca\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u6210\u50cf\u5171\u4eab\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u751f\u547d\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u524d\u6cbf\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u805a\u7126\u690d\u7269\u7d30\u80de\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u5668\u751f\u7269\u5b78\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8a0e\u690d\u7269\u7d30\u80de\u5982\u4f55\u7d44\u7e54\u5167\u90e8\u300c\u904b\u8f38\u8def\u5f91\u300d\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u5f62\u6210\u8207\u7dad\u6301\u5c0d\u690d\u7269\u751f\u9577\u5177\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u7d30\u80de\u7d50\u69cb\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u8fd1\u5e74\uff0c\u59dc\u6559\u6388\u5718\u968a\u66f4\u900f\u904e\u4e09\u7dad\u96fb\u5b50\u65b7\u5c64\u6383\u63cf\uff083D electron tomography\uff09\u53ca\u51b7\u51cd\u805a\u7126\u96e2\u5b50\u675f\/\u51b7\u51cd\u96fb\u5b50\u65b7\u5c64\u6383\u63cf\uff08cryo\u2011FIB\/cryo\u2011ET\uff09\u7b49\u5148\u9032\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5728\u7d0d\u7c73\u5c3a\u5ea6\u89c0\u5bdf\u690d\u7269\u819c\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u52d5\u300c\u4ee5\u5f71\u50cf\u5e36\u52d5\u79d1\u7814\u767c\u73fe\u300d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u4ed6\u4ea6\u8a08\u5283\u65bc2026\u5e74\u6574\u5408MINFLUX\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u63d0\u5347\u5171\u4eab\u79d1\u7814\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u6709\u95dc\u7f8e\u570b\u690d\u7269\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u5bb6\u5b78\u6703\uff08<\/strong><strong>ASPB<\/strong><strong>\uff09\u734e\u9805<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>ASPB
