href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1038\/s41467-025-63739-x\">\u81ea\u7136\u901a\u8a0a<\/a>\u300b\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u5c07\u96a8\u6a5f\u6027\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u9632\u79a6\u6a5f\u5236<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u908a\u7de3\u667a\u80fd\uff08Edge intelligence\uff09\u7684\u8208\u8d77\u2014\u2014\u5373\u88dd\u7f6e\u5728\u672c\u5730\u8655\u7406\u6578\u64da\u800c\u975e\u4f9d\u8cf4\u96f2\u7aef\u4f3a\u670d\u5668\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u906d\u53d7\u9ed1\u5ba2\u653b\u64ca\u3001\u786c\u4ef6\u8907\u88fd\u6216\u7834\u89e3\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u61c9\u5c0d\u5b89\u5168\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u63a1\u7528\u786c\u4ef6\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u9a57\u8b49\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u507d\u9020\u53ca\u963b\u6b62\u672a\u7d93\u6388\u6b0a\u7684\u5b58\u53d6\uff0c\u4e26\u78ba\u4fdd\u88dd\u7f6e\u901a\u8a0a\u5b89\u5168\u3002PUF\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7269\u7406\u51fd\u6578\uff0c\u53c8\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u786c\u4ef6\u7684\u300c\u6307\u7d0b\u300d\uff0c\u5176\u64cd\u4f5c\u65b9\u5f0f\u7121\u6cd5\u900f\u904e\u88fd\u9020\u76f8\u540c\u786c\u4ef6\u4f86\u8907\u88fd\u3002\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u8f38\u5165\u8207\u689d\u4ef6\uff08\u5373\u300c\u6311\u6230\u300d\uff09\u4e0b\uff0cPUF \u5229\u7528\u786c\u4ef6\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u7684\u5fae\u5c0f\u96a8\u6a5f\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u7522\u751f\u4e00\u7d44\u7269\u7406\u4e0a\u4e0d\u80fd\u8907\u88fd\u7684\u6578\u78bc\u6307\u7d0b\u8f38\u51fa\uff08\u5373\u300c\u97ff\u61c9\u300d\uff09\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u7368\u4e00\u7121\u4e8c\u7684\u8b58\u5225\u78bc\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u50b3\u7d71\u77fd\u88fdPUF\u5728\u71b5\uff08Entropy\uff09\u3001\u53ef\u91cd\u7d44\u6027\u53ca\u62b5\u79a6\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u653b\u64ca\u65b9\u9762\u6709\u5c40\u9650\u3002\u7531\u4e2d\u5927\u96fb\u5b50\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b78\u7cfb<strong>\u5289\u694a\u535a\u58eb<\/strong>\u3001<strong>\u88f4\u666f\u65b9\u535a\u58eb<\/strong>\u53ca<strong>\u80e1\u570b\u83ef\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u5e36\u9818\u7684\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u78b3\u7d0d\u7c73\u7ba1\u5728\u88fd\u9020\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u53ef\u91cd\u7d44\u5132\u5b58\u8a2d\u5099\u786c\u4ef6\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u96a8\u6a5f\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u958b\u767c\u51fa\u65e2\u7121\u6cd5\u8907\u88fd\u53c8\u80fd\u52d5\u614b\u91cd\u7d44\u7684PUF\u3002\u6b64\u6280\u8853\u5177\u5099\u53ef\u91cd\u7d44\u6027\uff0c\u5373\u88dd\u7f6e\u5728\u88fd\u9020\u5f8c\u4ecd\u53ef\u66f4\u65b0\uff0c\u9019\u5c0d\u65bc\u63d0\u5347\u908a\u7de3\u8a2d\u5099\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002PUF\u80fd\u5920\u52d5\u614b\u751f\u6210\u6311\u6230-\u56de\u61c9\u5c0d\uff08Challenge-response pair\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u7121\u9700\u66f4\u63db\u6676\u7247\uff0c\u5728\u908a\u7de3\u8a2d\u5099\u8cc7\u6e90\u6709\u9650\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u4ee5\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u88fd\u9020\u65b9\u6848\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u7684PUF\u6613\u65bc\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u5176\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u5f9e\u6750\u6599\u5230\u96fb\u8def\u7684\u5275\u65b0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>\u5c55\u73fe\u5f37\u5927\u7684\u9632\u653b\u64ca\u80fd\u529b<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u78b3\u7d0d\u7c73\u7ba1\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u64c1\u6709\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u96fb\u5b78\u7279\u6027\u7684\u7d0d\u7c73\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u70ba\u88fd\u9020\u9ad8\u6548\u3001\u53ef\u91cd\u7d44\u7684\u5b58\u5132\u5668\u4ef6\u63d0\u4f9b\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u5289\u694a\u535a\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e86\u78b3\u7d0d\u7c73\u7ba1\u53ef\u91cd\u7d44\u5132\u5b58\u8a2d\u5099\u5668\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u69cb\u5efa\u539f\u578bPUF\u3002\u8a72PUF\u5177\u5099\u53ef\u91cd\u7d44\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u5be6\u73fe\u591a\u905410<sup>13<\/sup>\u500b\u53ef\u91cd\u7d44\u614b\uff0c\u5c55\u73fe\u524d\u6240\u672a\u898b\u7684\u91cd\u7d44\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u300d\u9019\u7a2ePUF\u5728\u96a8\u6a5f\u6027\u3001\u7368\u7279\u6027\u53ca\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u4e0a\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u8272\uff0c\u8d85\u8d8a\u73fe\u6709\u6280\u8853\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u78b3\u7d0d\u7c73\u7ba1PUF\u6191\u85c9\u5176\u7121\u6cd5\u8907\u88fd\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u6975\u9ad8\u7684\u9632\u653b\u64ca\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u88f4\u666f\u65b9\u535a\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u5be6\u9a57\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u4f7f\u7528\u6700\u5148\u9032\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u548c\u6a5f\u5668\u5b78\u7fd2\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u653b\u64ca\u6210\u529f\u7684\u6a5f\u7387\u50c5\u7d04\u767e\u5206\u4e4b\u4e94\u5341\u81f3\u516d\u5341\uff0c\u5e7e\u4e4e\u7b49\u540c\u65bc\u96a8\u6a5f\u731c\u6e2c\uff0c\u800c\u66b4\u529b\u653b\u64ca\u8a72108\u4f4d\u57fa\u5143\u7684PUF\u5247\u9700\u898110<sup>16<\/sup>\u5e74\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u5176\u8d85\u9ad8\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002\u300d\u57fa\u65bc\u9019\u4e00\u512a\u52e2\uff0c\u5718\u968a\u958b\u767c\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u7528\u65bc\u81ea\u52d5\u99d5\u99db\u6c7d\u8eca\u901a\u8a0a\u7db2\u7d61\u7684\u5bc6\u9470\u4ea4\u63db\u5354\u8b70\u4f5c\u70ba\u6982\u5ff5\u9a57\u8b49\u3002\u5728\u6a21\u64ec\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u74b0\u7684\u81ea\u52d5\u99d5\u99db\u7db2\u7d61\u4e2d\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u5feb\u901f\u8eab\u4efd\u9a57\u8b49\u3001\u4f4e\u8a08\u7b97\u8ca0\u64d4\u548c\u6975\u4f4e\u5ef6\u9072\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u9081\u5411\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u80e1\u570b\u83ef\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u78b3\u7d0d\u7c73\u7ba1PUF\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u6210\u679c\u4ee4\u4eba\u632f\u596e\uff0c\u4f46\u8981\u8d70\u5411\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u9084\u9700\u52aa\u529b\u3002\u672a\u4f86\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u5c07\u9019\u9805\u6280\u8853\u9077\u79fb\u81f3\u5de5\u696d\u5149\u523b\u5de5\u85dd\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u4e26\u5be6\u73fe\u4e92\u88dc\u5f0f\u91d1\u5c6c\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\uff08CMOS\uff09\u6574\u5408\uff0c\u5c07\u6a21\u64ec\u96fb\u8def\u548c\u6578\u5b57\u908f\u8f2f\u878d\u5165\u55ae\u4e00\u6676\u7247\u3002\u300d\u672a\u4f86\u9700\u8981\u5c07\u591a\u901a\u9053\u6578\u64da\u8f49\u63db\u5668\u548c\u5fae\u8655\u7406\u5668\u6574\u5408\u5230\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e26\u7d50\u5408\u786c\u4ef6\u548c\u7b97\u6cd5\uff0c\u63a8\u5ee3\u81f3\u4e0d\u540c\u61c9\u7528\u7bc4\u7587\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u5168\u6587\u53ef\u53c3\u95b1\uff1a\u300a\u81ea\u7136\u901a\u8a0a\u300b<a
