\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\uff08\u4fd7\u7a31\u725b\u76ae\u766c\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u975e\u50b3\u67d3\u6027\u7684\u6162\u6027\u76ae\u819a\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5176\u7279\u5fb5\u70ba\u76ae\u819a\u51fa\u73fe\u7d05\u6591\u3001\u9c57\u72c0\u4e18\u75b9\u548c\u6591\u584a\u3002\u5168\u7403\u8d85\u904e 1.25 \u5104\u4eba\uff08\u7d042%\u81f33%\u4eba\u53e3\uff09\u98fd\u53d7\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u56f0\u64fe\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u4ecd\u7121\u6cd5\u6839\u6cbb\uff0c\u73fe\u6709\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6cd5\u4ea6\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u5168\u8eab\u6027\u4f7f\u7528\u514d\u75ab\u6291\u5236\u5291\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u5f15\u8d77\u809d\u814e\u6bd2\u6027\u3001\u5c40\u90e8\u61c9\u7528\u985e\u56fa\u9187\u548c\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 D \u985e\u4f3c\u7269\u6216\u6703\u523a\u6fc0\u76ae\u819a\u53ca\u4ee4\u5176\u840e\u7e2e\u3001\u7d2b\u5916\u7dda\u5149\u7167\u7642\u6cd5\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u76ae\u819a\u764c\uff0c\u800c\u65b0\u8208\u7684\u751f\u7269\u88fd\u5291\u4e0d\u4f46\u50f9\u683c\u6602\u8cb4\uff0c\u4ea6\u6703\u63d0\u9ad8\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u5c0d\u60a3\u8005\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u8ca0\u64d4\uff0c\u5927\u5927\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u8cea\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u904e\u5f80\u81f4\u529b\u7814\u767c\u80fd\u88dd\u8f09\u985e\u56fa\u9187\u6216\u751f\u7269\u88fd\u5291\u7b49\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u7d0d\u7c73\u9846\u7c92\uff0c\u4ee5\u589e\u5f37\u85e5\u7269\u5728\u76ae\u819a\u7684\u905e\u9001\u548c\u964d\u4f4e\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u6bd2\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u662f\u85e5\u7269\u672a\u5fc5\u80fd\u5920\u9032\u5165\u76ae\u819a\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc\u76ae\u819a\u7a4d\u7d2f\u4ee5\u6301\u4e45\u767c\u63ee\u85e5\u6548\u3002\u8521\u6559\u6388\u7684\u5718\u968a\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e86\u4e00\u6b3e\u65b0\u578b\u91d1\u7d0d\u7c73\u9846\u7c92\uff0c\u5167\u6838\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u76f4\u5f913\u7d0d\u7c73\u7684\u91d1\u7d0d\u7c73\u9846\u7c92\uff0c\u5916\u6bbc\u662f\u4e00\u5c64\u4ee5\u5341\u516b\u70f7\u57fa\u93c8\u4fee\u98fe\u7684\u805a\u4e59\u4e8c\u9187\uff0c\u9846\u7c92\u7e3d\u76f4\u5f91\u5c0f\u65bc15\u7d0d\u7c73\u3002\u805a\u4e59\u4e8c\u9187\u5916\u6bbc\u53ef\u9632\u6b62\u91d1\u7d0d\u7c73\u5167\u6838\u88ab\u6c57\u6c34\u8a98\u5c0e\u5f8c\u8b8a\u5927\u800c\u7121\u6cd5\u7a7f\u904e\u8868\u76ae\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u5341\u516b\u70f7\u57fa\u93c8\u53ef\u4fc3\u9032\u91d1\u7d0d\u7c73\u5167\u6838\u9032\u5165\u8868\u76ae\u5167\u7684\u89d2\u8cea\u5f62\u6210\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u5718\u968a\u5c07\u65b0\u578b\u91d1\u7d0d\u7c73\u9846\u7c92\u8207\u751f\u7406\u9e7d\u6c34\u6df7\u5408\uff0c\u4ee5\u7d17\u5e03\u6cbe\u4e0a\u5f8c\u5c40\u90e8\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u60a3\u6709\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u7684\u5c0f\u9f20\u76ae\u819a\u4e0a\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u9846\u7c92\u9806\u5229\u7a7f\u904e\u56e0\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u589e\u539a\u7684\u89d2\u8cea\u5c64\u6591\u584a\uff0c\u9032\u5165\u8868\u76ae\u5167\u7684\u89d2\u8cea\u5f62\u6210\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7d0d\u7c73\u6750\u6599\u7d50\u69cb\u89e3\u6c7a\u4e86\u5c07\u85e5\u7269\u5c40\u90e8\u905e\u9001\u5230\u76ae\u819a\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u6280\u8853\u74f6\u9838\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u76f4\u63a5\u61c9\u7528\u91d1\u7d0d\u7c73\u9846\u7c92\u6cbb\u7642\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u548c\u6291\u5236\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u57fa\u56e0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

\u904e\u5f80\u7814\u7a76\u8b49\u5be6\uff0c\u767d\u7d30\u80de\u4ecb\u7d20-17\uff08IL-17\uff09\u4fe1\u865f\u901a\u8def\u5c0d\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u7684\u75c5\u767c\u8d77\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5718\u968a\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u5728\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u5f62\u6210\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5982\u5728\u5c0f\u9f20\u8eab\u4e0a\u5857\u62b9\u9019\u6b3e\u65b0\u578b\u91d1\u7d0d\u7c73\u9846\u7c92\uff0c\u53ef\u9810\u9632\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u548c\u6291\u5236IL-17\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u4fe1\u865f\u901a\u8def\u53ca\u57fa\u56e0\u3002\u5982\u5728\u60a3\u6709\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u7684\u5c0f\u9f20\u75be\u75c5\u6a21\u578b\u61c9\u7528\u9019\u6b3e\u7d0d\u7c73\u9846\u7c92\uff0c\u76ae\u819a\u72c0\u6cc1\u660e\u986f\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u6591\u584a\u6e1b\u5c11\uff0c\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u679c\u8207\u5857\u62b9\u542b\u6a19\u6e96\u985e\u56fa\u9187\u548c\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 D \u985e\u4f3c\u7269\u76f8\u82e5\uff0c\u4ea6\u6c92\u6709\u51fa\u73fe\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u5e38\u898b\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5982\u56b4\u91cd\u812b\u9aee\u548c\u76ba\u7d0b\u589e\u751f\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u9996\u6b21\u63ed\u793a\u4e86\u91d1\u7d0d\u7c73\u9846\u7c92\u4e0d\u9700\u88dd\u8f09\u985e\u56fa\u9187\u6216\u751f\u7269\u88fd\u5291\uff0c\u5df2\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u6cbb\u7642\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u65b0\u578b\u91d1\u7d0d\u7c73\u9846\u7c92\u4e0d\u6703\u9577\u671f\u5728\u4e3b\u8981\u5167\u81df\u4e2d\u7a4d\u805a\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u6703\u5f15\u8d77\u76ae\u819a\u6216\u5168\u8eab\u6bd2\u6027\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u8521\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\ufe55\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5e0c\u671b\u8207\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u65e5\u5f8c\u9032\u884c\u81e8\u5e8a\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u9a57\u8b49\u9019\u6b3e\u65b0\u578b\u7d0d\u7c73\u9846\u7c92\u5728\u4eba\u9ad4\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u7642\u6548\uff0c\u70ba\u9280\u5c51\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u6709\u6548\u7684\u65b0\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5be6\u9a57\u986f\u793a\u9019\u6b3e\u7d0d\u7c73\u9846\u7c92\u53ef\u4e0b\u8abf\u591a\u7a2e\u8207\u76ae\u819a\u708e\u75c7\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6703\u63a2\u7d22\u5b83\u5728\u6cbb\u7642\u5176\u4ed6\u76ae\u819a\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u767c\u75c5\u7387\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u6fd5\u75b9\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n

\u5176\u4ed6\u5718\u968a\u6210\u54e1\u5305\u62ec\u4e2d\u5927\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b78\u9662\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b78\u7cfb\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u97d3\u745e\u82b3\u3001\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u75c5\u7406\u89e3\u5256\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u5b78\u7cfb\u540d\u8b7d\u81e8\u5e8a\u526f\u6559\u6388\u8521\u7965\u9f8d\u91ab\u751f\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u4e2d\u5927\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u9805\u76ee\u7372\u9999\u6e2f\u7814\u7a76\u8cc7\u52a9\u5c40\u3001\u4e2d\u5927\u6821\u9577\u5099\u7528\u57fa\u91d1\u3001\u5468\u6bd3\u6d69\u5275\u65b0\u91ab\u5b78\u6280\u8853\u4e2d\u5fc3\u53ca\u88d8\u69ce\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u300c\u88d8\u69ce\u524d\u77bb\u79d1\u7814\u5927\u734e\u300d\u8cc7\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\r\n
