transport\uff1bESCRT\uff09\u7684\u8d1f\u8c03\u63a7\u56e0\u6570<strong>BRAF\uff08BRo1-domain<\/strong><strong>\u86cb<\/strong><strong>\u767d<\/strong><strong>\u4ee5\u8c03\u63a7<\/strong><strong>FREE1<\/strong><strong>\uff09\u86cb\u767d<\/strong>\uff0c\u8be5\u86cb\u767d\u5728MVB\/PVC\u4e2d\u8154\u5185\u5c0f\u6ce1\uff08intraluminal vesicle\uff1bILV\uff09\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u690d\u7269\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u964d\u89e3\u5206\u9009\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8d77\u5230\u8d1f\u5411\u8c03\u63a7\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u7ef4\u6301\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u7a33\u6001\u3002\u6709\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u53ef\u671b\u4e3a\u63d0\u9ad8\u519c\u4f5c\u7269\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b0\u601d\u8def\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5df2\u520a\u8f7d\u4e8e\u56fd\u9645\u9876\u7ea7\u671f\u520a\u300a\u81ea\u7136&mdash;\u901a\u8baf\u300b(<em>Nature Communications<\/em>)\u3002<\/p><p>\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u7a33\u6001\u5728\u690d\u7269\u7684\u751f\u7406\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u62c5\u5f53\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u89d2\u8272\uff0cESCRT\u590d\u5408\u4f53\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8d77\u8457\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u8c03\u63a7\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ef\u4ee5\u964d\u89e3\u4e27\u5931\u529f\u80fd\u6216\u8005\u9519\u8bef\u6298\u53e0\u7684\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u786e\u4fdd\u4e86\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u4fe1\u53f7\u4f20\u5bfc\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ec6\u80de\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4e92\u4f5c\uff0c\u7ef4\u6301\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u7a33\u6001\u3002<\/p><p>\u5728\u771f\u6838\u751f\u7269\u4e2d\uff0cESCRT\u590d\u5408\u4f53\u8c03\u8282MVB\/PVC\u4e2dILVs\u5f62\u6210\u548c\u53c2\u4e0e\u6cdb\u7d20\u5316\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u5206\u9009\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u529f\u80fd\u90fd\u6709\u660e\u786e\u7684\u673a\u5236\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u4e00\u76f4\u672a\u80fd\u786e\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u4e2aESCRT\u590d\u5408\u4f53\u7684\u8c03\u8282\u56e0\u6570\uff0c\u4ee5\u63a7\u5236MVB\/PVC\u7ec6\u80de\u5668\u751f\u6e90\u5e76\u4e14\u7ef4\u6301\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u7a33\u6001\u3002<\/p><p>\u8fc7\u53bb\u5341\u516b\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u59dc\u91cc\u6587\u6559\u6388\u7684\u79d1\u7814\u56e2\u961f\u4e00\u76f4\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u7814\u7a76\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u4f20\u8f93\u673a\u7406\u53ca\u7ec6\u80de\u5668\u7684\u751f\u7269\u5f62\u6210\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u5728\u690d\u7269\u7ec6\u80de\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u9886\u57df\u4e00\u76f4\u5904\u4e8e\u56fd\u9645\u9886\u5148\u5730\u4f4d\u3002\u65e9\u5e74\uff0c\u56e2\u961f\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u690d\u7269\u7279\u5f02\u7684ESCRT\u7ec4\u5206FREE1\uff0c\u5176\u662fMVB\/PVC\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u548c\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u6db2\u6ce1\u4f20\u8f93\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\uff0cFREE1\u6709\u52a9\u8c03\u63a7\u690d\u7269\u7684\u751f\u7406\u72b6\u51b5\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u964d\u89e3\u7ec6\u80de\u5185\u5e9f\u7269\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u519c\u4f5c\u7269\u7684\u6297\u75c5\u6027\uff0c\u8be5\u6210\u679c\u53d1\u8868\u4e8e2014\u5e74\u7684\u300a\u5f53\u4ee3\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u300b(<em>Current Biology<\/em>\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca2015\u5e74\u7684\u300a\u7f8e\u56fd\u79d1\u5b66\u9662\u9662\u62a5\u300b(<em>PNAS<\/em>\uff09\u4e0a\u3002\u5728\u6700\u8fd1\u53d1\u8868\u4e8e\u300a\u81ea\u7136&mdash;\u901a\u8baf\u300b(<em>Nature Communications<\/em>\uff09\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u4e2d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u56e2\u961f\u7ed3\u5408\u6291\u5236\u56e0\u6570\u9057\u4f20\u7b5b\u9009\u3001\u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u751f\u7269\u5316\u5b66\u7b49\u591a\u79cd\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u690d\u7269\u7279\u5f02\u7684\u542b\u6709Bro1\u7ed3\u6784\u57df\u7684BRAF\u86cb\u767d\u3002BRAF\u86cb\u767d\u901a\u8fc7\u7ade\u4e89\u6027\u7ed3\u5408ESCRT-I\u7ec4\u5206Vps23\uff0c\u52a8\u6001\u8c03\u8282FREE1\u86cb\u767d\u5728MVB\/PVC\u819c\u4e0a\u7684\u805a\u96c6\u591a\u5c11\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u8c03\u63a7\u591a\u56ca\u6ce1\u4f53\u751f\u6210\u548c\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u6db2\u6ce1\u4f20\u8f93\u3002\u5f53\u690d\u7269\u53d7\u5230\u5916\u754c\u4fe1\u53f7\uff0c\u5982\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u901f\u964d\u89e3\uff0cBRAF\u86cb\u767d\u80fd\u8c03\u8282\u66f4\u591a\u7684FREE1\u5230MVB\/PVC\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u5728\u7814\u7a76ESCRT\u7684\u8c03\u8282\u673a\u5236\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u91cd\u5927\u7a81\u7834\uff0c\u8be5\u673a\u5236\u5bf9\u4e8e\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u6db2\u6ce1\u964d\u89e3\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u59dc\u91cc\u6587\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u591a\u56ca\u6ce1\u4f53\u8d77\u6e90\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e3a\u5982\u4f55\u63d0\u9ad8\u519c\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u8d28\u91cf\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u7406\u8bba\u57fa\u7840\u3002BRAF\u86cb\u767d\u53ef\u8c03\u63a7ESCRT\u590d\u5408\u4f53\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u7ef4\u6301\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u7a33\u6001\u3002BRAF\u86cb\u767d\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u690d\u7269\u5982\u6c34\u7a3b\u3001\u7389\u7c73\u548c\u5927\u8c46\u4e2d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5bf9BRAF\u86cb\u767d\u5206\u5b50\u673a\u5236\u7684\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u53ef\u4e3a\u5982\u4f55\u63d0\u9ad8\u519c\u4f5c\u7269\u7684\u6297\u9006\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u62b5\u6297\u75c5\u539f\u4f53\u611f\u67d3\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65b0\u601d\u8def\u3002\u300d<\/strong><\/p><p>\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u59dc\u6559\u6388\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u7684\u4e94\u4f4d\u535a\u58eb\u540e\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\uff08\u6c88\u9526\u6ce2\u3001\u8d75\u743c\u3001\u738b\u5411\u950b\u3001\u9ad8\u5f69\u5409\u548c\u66fe\u548f\u4f26\uff09\u548c\u4e00\u4f4d\u535a\u58eb\u751f\uff08\u6731\u83b9\uff09\u5b8c\u6210\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u6c88\u9526\u6ce2\u535a\u58eb\u4e8e\u6d59\u6c5f\u519c\u6797\u5927\u5b66\u4efb\u804c\u6559\u6388\u3001\u738b\u5411\u950b\u535a\u58eb\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u519c\u4e1a\u5927\u5b66\u4efb\u804c\u526f\u6559\u6388\u3001\u9ad8\u5f69\u5409\u535a\u58eb\u4e8e\u534e\u5357\u5e08\u8303\u5927\u5b66\u5927\u5b66\u4efb\u804c\u6559\u6388\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u9879\u76ee\u83b7\u9999\u6e2f\u7814\u7a76\u8d44\u52a9\u5c40\u7684\u5353\u8d8a\u5b66\u79d1\u9886\u57df\u8ba1\u5212\uff08Areas of Excellence Scheme\uff09\u548c\u534f\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\u57fa\u91d1\uff08Collaborative Research Fund\uff09\u3001\u4e2d\u5927\u7ec6\u80de\u5668\u751f\u7269\u5408\u6210\u53ca\u529f\u80fd\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08Centre for Organelle Biogenesis and Function\uff09\u3001\u7ec6\u80de\u53ca\u53d1\u80b2\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08Centre for Cell and Developmental
