Switch: A Rapid On-Site Method for Subtyping Influenza A virus) \u3002\u73b0\u65f6\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u75c5\u6bd2\u6837\u672c\u6d4b\u8bd5\u5747\u5728\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u52a0\u4e0a\u6d4b\u8bd5\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u9700\u65f6\u4e00\u5929\u6216\u66f4\u4e45\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\u5feb\u901f\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0c\u4f46\u53ea\u80fd\u68c0\u6d4b\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u7c7b\u578b (\u5373\u7532\u3001\u4e59\u6216\u4e19\u578b)\uff0c\u672a\u80fd\u5206\u8fa8\u5176\u4e9a\u79cd(\u5373H1N1\u3001H5N1\u6216H7N9\u7b49)\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u9519\u5931\u63a7\u5236\u75ab\u60c5\u7684\u9ec4\u91d1\u65f6\u95f4\u3002\u57fa\u56e0\u5de5\u7a0b\u961f\u4e8e\u662f\u7814\u53d1\u4e00\u5957\u7532\u578b\u6d41\u611f\u75c5\u6bd2\u5feb\u901f\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u5229\u7528\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u6838\u7cd6\u6838\u9178(Ribonucleic acid\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0RNA)\u5206\u8fa8\u5176\u79cd\u7c7b\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6d4b\u8bd5\u80fd\u591f\u5728\u52a8\u7269\u519c\u5e84\u3001\u53e3\u5cb8\u6216\u5bb6\u79bd\u5e02\u573a\u7b49\u5730\u70b9\uff0c\u5373\u573a\u8fdb\u884c\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0c\u6570\u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u4fbf\u6709\u7ed3\u679c\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7684\u8fd0\u4f5c\u539f\u7406\u6765\u81ea\u6307\u5c16\u8f6c\u6362(Toehold Switch)\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u6307\u5c16\u8f6c\u6362\u662f\u4e00\u6b3e\u4eba\u9020\u751f\u7269\u611f\u6d4b\u5668\uff0c\u7406\u8bba\u4e0a\u80fd\u8f6c\u6362\u4efb\u4f55\u6838\u9178\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u800c\u6d41\u611f\u75c5\u6bd2\u6b63\u662f\u6838\u9178\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u3002\u5f53\u6838\u9178\u5206\u5b50\u8f6c\u6362\u7ed3\u6784\u540e\uff0c\u4fbf\u4f1a\u5f15\u53d1\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u8fbe\u7684\u51fa\u73b0\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u63d0\u4f9b\u660e\u786e\u3001\u80fd\u591f\u76ee\u6d4b\u7684\u8baf\u606f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6d4b\u8bd5\u5242\u8f6c\u53d8\u989c\u8272\uff0c\u8868\u793a\u88ab\u68c0\u6d4b\u5206\u5b50\u5b58\u5728\u3002\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u6210\u529f\u5229\u7528\u8fd9\u4e2a\u539f\u7406\u68c0\u6d4b\u5be8\u5361\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u4e2d\u5927\u57fa\u56e0\u5de5\u7a0b\u961f\u662f\u9996\u652f\u961f\u4f0d\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e73\u53f0(<a href=\"http:\/\/2017.igem.org\/%20Team:Hong_Kong-CUHK\">http:\/\/2017.igem.org\/ Team:Hong_Kong-CUHK<\/a>)
