Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Vis East Moot)\uff0c\u51ed\u8457\u5176\u7cbe\u6e5b\u8bbc\u8fa9\u6280\u5de7\u548c\u6709\u529b\u7684\u4e66\u9762\u5907\u5fd8\u5f55\u52c7\u593a\u51a0\u519b\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u662f\u6b21\u6bd4\u8d5b\u4e8e3\u67087\u81f313\u65e5\u4e8e\u9999\u6e2f\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c115\u5bb6\u6765\u81ea\u4e9a\u6d32\u3001\u6b27\u6d32\u3001\u6fb3\u6d32\u3001\u5317\u7f8e\u6d32\u53ca\u5357\u7f8e\u6d32\uff0c\u517131\u4e2a\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5b66\u9662\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5168\u7403\u591a\u6240\u77e5\u540d\u5b66\u5e9c\uff0c\u5982\ufe30\u54c8\u4f5b\u5927\u5b66\u3001\u53f2\u4e39\u798f\u5927\u5b66\u3001\u8036\u9c81\u5927\u5b66\u3001\u4f26\u6566\u5927\u5b66\u5b66\u9662\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u56fd\u7acb\u5927\u5b66\u3001\u8499\u7eb3\u58eb\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u53c2\u8d5b\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u4e2d\u5927\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5b66\u9662\u5b66\u751f\u5148\u540e\u4e0e\u6765\u81ea\u5fb7\u56fd\u3001\u5370\u5c3c\u3001\u745e\u5178\u3001\u5370\u5ea6\u3001\u82f1\u56fd\u548c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5b66\u9662\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u6bd4\u8d5b\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u9664\u4e86\u5728\u8fd9\u573a\u56fd\u9645\u7ea7\u8d5b\u4e8b\u4e2d\u593a\u5f97\u51a0\u519b (David Hunter Award for the Law School Team Prevailing in the Oral Arguments)\uff0c\u4ea6\u53d6\u5f97Honourable Mention (top 10%) for their Respondent's Memorandum\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4f4d\u8bbc\u8fa9\u4ee3\u8868\u621a\u96c5\u96ef\u5219\u8d62\u5f97Honourable Mention (top 10%) for Oral Advocacy\u3002\u4e2d\u5927\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5b66\u9662\u4e8e\u8fc7\u5f80\u4e09\u5e74\u6bd4\u8d5b\u4e2d\u4e24\u5ea6\u53d6\u5f97\u56db\u5f3a\u4f73\u7ee9\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u4eca\u5e74\u6bd4\u8d5b\u4e2d\u52c7\u593a\u51a0\u519b\uff0c\u521b\u51fa\u4f73\u7ee9\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u81ea2007\u5e74\u8d77\u62c5\u4efb\u6bd4\u8d5b\u6559\u7ec3\u7684\u7f57\u5fb7\u58eb(Peter Rhodes)\u6559\u6388\u5bf9\u4eca\u5e74\u5b66\u751f\u53d6\u5f97\u4f73\u7ee9\u611f\u5230\u9a84\u50b2\uff0c\u5e76\u5f52\u529f\u4e8e\u5b66\u751f\u4eec\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u53ca\u79ef\u6781\u5730\u4ece\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e2d\u5b66\u4e60\u3002\u4ed6\u8868\u793a\ufe30\u300c\u6211\u4e3a\u5b66\u751f\u4eec\u611f\u5230\u81ea\u8c6a\u3002\u6bcf\u4e00\u5e74\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u4e5f\u5728\u8fdb\u6b65\uff0c\u5f80\u5e74\u53c2\u8d5b\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u4f1a\u6307\u5bfc\u4eca\u5e74\u53c2\u8d5b\u7684\u5b66\u751f\uff0c\u4eca\u6b21\u83b7\u80dc\u65e0\u7591\u662f\u56e2\u961f\u65e0\u95f4\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6210\u529f\u5b9e\u81f3\u540d\u5f52\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u6bd4\u8d5b\u7684\u4f73\u7ee9\u66f4\u8bc1\u660e\u4e86\u4e2d\u5927\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5b66\u9662\u5b66\u751f\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u4e0e\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u6700\u4f18\u79c0\u7684\u961f\u4f0d\u7ade\u4e89\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u6a21\u62df\u6cd5\u5ead\u6bd4\u8d5b\u4e5f\u4e3a\u5b66\u751f\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u975e\u5e38\u96be\u5f97\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c\u52a9\u4ed6\u4eec\u6210\u4e3a\u4e13\u4e1a\u548c\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u51fa\u5ead\u4ee3\u8bbc\u4eba\u3002\u300d\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u4eca\u6b21\u4ee3\u8868\u4e2d\u5927\u53c2\u8d5b\u7684\u540c\u5b66\u6765\u81ea\u4fee\u8bfb\u6cd5\u5b66\u58eb\u8bfe\u7a0b\u3001\u6cd5\u5f8b\u535a\u58eb\u8bfe\u7a0b\u53ca\u6cd5\u5b66\u4e13\u4e1a\u8bc1\u4e66\u8bfe\u7a0b\u7684\u5b66\u751f\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u621a\u96c5\u96ef\u3001\u5173\u6717\u8f69\u548c\u77f3\u709c\u6c11\u62c5\u4efb\u8bbc\u8fa9\u4ee3\u8868\uff0c\u800c\u65b9\u548f\u71ba\u3001\u5218\u65e5\u6210\u3001Cristen Bauer\u3001\u65b9\u5955\u6d5a\u3001\u5f90\u6613\u901a\u3001\u90b5\u529b\u7ade\u3001Salman Tariq\u3001\u674e\u884d\u9520\u53ca\u9648\u6995\u7fe0\uff0c\u5219\u8d1f\u8d23\u7814\u7a76\u53ca\u64b0\u5199\u5907\u5fd8\u5f55\u3002\u56e2\u961f\u9664\u4e86\u7531\u4e2d\u5927\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5b66\u9662\u7f57\u5fb7\u58eb\u6559\u6388\u5e26\u9886\u5916\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u53c2\u8d5b\u7684\u4e2d\u5927\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5b66\u9662\u5b66\u751f\u6881\u5bb6\u6069\u3001\u738b\u96c5\u8bd7\u3001\u5218\u8c26\u9896\u53ca\u4e8e\u5b50\u7a0b\u4ea6\u534f\u52a9\u6307\u5bfc\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><u>The Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot \u521b\u529e\u4e8e2004\u5e74\uff0c\u4e0e1994\u5e74\u9996\u529e\u7684The Willem C.
