cylinder\uff09\uff0c\u7531\u591a\u500bCagM\u3001CagX\u53caCagY\u86cb\u767d\u4e9e\u57fa\u7d44\u6210\u3002\u86cb\u767d\u4e9e\u57fa\u53ef\u7406\u89e3\u70ba\u5efa\u9020\u5206\u5b50\u6a5f\u5668\u7684\u300c\u96f6\u4ef6\u300d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u7121\u6cd5\u76f4\u63a5\u5f9e\u6d3b\u9ad4\u7d30\u83cc\u4e2d\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u6b63\u5728\u7d44\u88dd\u7684\u4e2d\u9593\u9ad4\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u300c\u96f6\u4ef6\u300d\u7a76\u7adf\u5982\u4f55\u6309\u7279\u5b9a\u9806\u5e8f\u81ea\u767c\u7d44\u88dd\u6210\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u672a\u6709\u5b9a\u8ad6\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u70ba\u61c9\u5c0d\u6b64\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u628a\u7d93\u7d14\u5316\u7684Cag\u86cb\u767d\u653e\u5728\u53ef\u63a7\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u5728\u7d30\u83cc\u9ad4\u5916\u5206\u968e\u6bb5\u91cd\u69cbCagT4SS\u6838\u5fc3\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u7d44\u88dd\u904e\u7a0b\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c31\u50cf\u628a\u4e00\u90e8\u8907\u96dc\u6a5f\u5668\u62c6\u5206\u6210\u4e0d\u540c\u96f6\u4ef6\uff0c\u518d\u9010\u6b65\u91cd\u7d44\uff0c\u4ee5\u89c0\u5bdf\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u88dd\u5d4c\u6b65\u9a5f\u3002\u5718\u968a\u5229\u7528\u4e09\u9805\u4e92\u76f8\u914d\u5408\u7684\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5f9e\u4e0d\u540c\u89d2\u5ea6\u89c0\u5bdf\u7d44\u88dd\u904e\u7a0b\uff1a<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\u55ae\u9846\u7c92\u51b7\u51cd\u96fb\u5b50\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\uff08cryo-EM\uff09\uff1a\u62cd\u651d\u86cb\u767d\u8907\u5408\u9ad4\u7684\u7cbe\u7d30\u4e09\u7dad\u7d50\u69cb\uff1b<\/li>\r\n\t<li>\u6c2b\uff0d\u6c18\u4ea4\u63db\u8cea\u8b5c\uff08HDX-MS\uff09\uff1a\u5206\u6790\u86cb\u767d\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u5340\u57df\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7d50\u5408\u6642\u7684\u69cb\u8c61\u8b8a\u5316\uff1b<\/li>\r\n\t<li>\u9ad8\u901f\u539f\u5b50\u529b\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\uff08HS-AFM\uff09\uff1a\u5be6\u6642\u89c0\u5bdf\u55ae\u500b\u5206\u5b50\u5982\u4f55\u9010\u6b65\u9023\u63a5\u548c\u7d44\u88dd\u3002<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>\u5340\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u7d50\u5408\u9019\u4e9b\u5148\u9032\u7d50\u69cb\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5f97\u4ee5\u5c07\u9019\u5957\u5206\u5b50\u6a5f\u5668\u7684\u7d44\u88dd\u904e\u7a0b\u300e\u8996\u89ba\u5316\u300f\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4ea6\u6210\u529f\u8b58\u5225\u51faCagT4SS\u6838\u5fc3\u6a21\u7d44\u5728\u5f62\u6210\u6642\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u86cb\u767d\u7d44\u4ef6\u4e26\u975e\u5404\u81ea\u7368\u7acb\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u900f\u904e\u5354\u540c\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u9010\u6b65\u5efa\u7acb\u6838\u5fc3\u7d50\u69cb\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u6df1\u5316\u570b\u969b\u79d1\u7814\u5408\u4f5c<\/strong><strong>\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>\u57f9\u80b2\u4e16\u754c\u7d1a\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u624d<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u7531<strong>\u6731\u51f1\u5b9c\u535a\u58eb<\/strong>\u53ca<strong>\u83ab\u5c55\u5982\u535a\u58eb<\/strong>\u958b\u5c55\uff0c\u5169\u4eba\u5747\u70ba\u5340\u6559\u6388\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u7684\u535a\u58eb\u7562\u696d\u751f\uff0c\u4e26\u5217\u70ba\u8ad6\u6587\u5171\u540c\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u3002\u5718\u968a\u4ea6\u8207\u4e2d\u570b\u79d1\u5b78\u9662\u6df1\u5733\u5148\u9032\u6280\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u9662<strong>\u5f35\u83ef\u5a01\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u53ca\u65e5\u672c\u540d\u53e4\u5c4b\u5927\u5b78<strong>\u5167\u6a4b\u8cb4\u4e4b\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u5145\u5206\u5c55\u73fe\u8de8\u5730\u57df\u3001\u8de8\u9662\u6821\u5354\u4f5c\u5c0d\u63a8\u52d5\u79d1\u7814\u7a81\u7834\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u4ea6\u5f70\u986f\u4e2d\u5927\u81f4\u529b\u57f9\u80b2\u5177\u5099\u570b\u969b\u8996\u91ce\u7684\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u512a\u79c0\u79d1\u7814\u4eba\u624d\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u900f\u904e\u8207\u6df1\u5733\u5148\u9032\u6280\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u5f35\u83ef\u5a01\u6559\u6388\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5718\u968a\u4ee5\u51b7\u51cd\u96fb\u93e1\u6280\u8853\u89e3\u6790\u4e86\u5169\u500b\u95dc\u9375\u7d44\u88dd\u4e2d\u9593\u9ad4\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\uff1aCagM\u2013CagX\u96d9\u74b0\u7d50\u69cb\u53caCagX\u2013CagY\u5468\u8cea\u74b0\u8907\u5408\u9ad4\uff08PRC\uff09\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u9ad4\u5916\u91cd\u69cb\u7684\u4e2d\u9593\u9ad4\uff0c\u5728\u5c3a\u5bf8\u53ca\u5206\u5b50\u6392\u5217\u4e0a\u91cd\u73fe\u4e86\u5929\u7136CagT4SS\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u7d50\u69cb\u7279\u5fb5\u3002\u5718\u968a\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5229\u7528\u6c2b\uff0d\u6c18\u4ea4\u63db\u8cea\u8b5c\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u8907\u5408\u9ad4\u5f62\u6210\u6642\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u5340\u57df\u53ca\u76f8\u69cb\u8c61\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u652f\u6301\u9019\u4e9b\u9ad4\u5916\u91cd\u69cb\u7684\u4e2d\u9593\u9ad4\u8207\u5929\u7136\u81f4\u75c5\u88dd\u7f6e\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u7d44\u88dd\u7279\u5fb5\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u95e1\u660e CagM
