PNAS\uff09\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u8fd1\u534a\u4eba\u53e3\u7684\u7ce7\u98df\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5316\u5b78\u6c2e\u80a5\u751f\u7522\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5316\u80a5\u751f\u7522\u904e\u7a0b\u4e0d\u50c5\u6d88\u8017\u5927\u91cf\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u4ea6\u6703\u9020\u6210\u6c34\u6c61\u67d3\u548c\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6392\u653e\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u8c46\u79d1\u690d\u7269\u80fd\u8207\u6839\u7624\u83cc\u5171\u751f\uff0c\u81ea\u884c\u88fd\u9020\u6240\u9700\u6c2e\u80a5\uff0c\u4f46\u7a3b\u7c73\u3001\u5c0f\u9ea5\u548c\u7389\u7c73\u7b49\u4e3b\u8981\u7ce7\u98df\u4f5c\u7269\u4e26\u4e0d\u5177\u5099\u9019\u7a2e\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9577\u671f\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5916\u52a0\u6c2e\u80a5\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u767c\u73fe<\/strong><strong>\u7d30\u83cc\u53ef<\/strong><strong>\u300c<\/strong><strong>\u81ea\u88fd\u80a5\u6599<\/strong><strong>\u300d<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u4e2d\u5927\u751f\u547d\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u526f\u6559\u6388<strong>\u7f85\u6d77\u5049\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u7387\u9818\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5c55\u958b\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5718\u968a\u6210\u54e1\u5305\u62ec<strong>\u51cc\u9732\u535a\u58eb<\/strong>\uff0c\u5979\u66fe\u662f\u7f85\u6559\u6388\u7684\u535a\u58eb\u751f\uff0c\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u70ba\u5176\u535a\u58eb\u8ad6\u6587\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5167\u5bb9\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u548c\u5167\u5730\u591a\u500b\u7a3b\u7530\u3001\u68ee\u6797\u548c\u6fd5\u5730\u63a1\u96c6\u975e\u8c46\u79d1\u690d\u7269\u7684\u6839\u7cfb\u548c\u571f\u58e4\u6a23\u672c\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5f9e\u4e2d\u9451\u5b9a\u51fa88\u682a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6162\u751f\u6839\u7624\u83cc\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u83cc\u4e0d\u4f46\u80fd\u5728\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u81ea\u7531\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u66f4\u53ef\u5b9a\u6b96\u65bc\u975e\u8c46\u79d1\u690d\u7269\u6839\u90e8\u8868\u9762\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u6839\u7624\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u9032\u884c\u56fa\u6c2e\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5373\u81ea\u884c\u88fd\u9020\u5929\u7136\u6c2e\u80a5\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u5718\u968a\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5229\u7528\u5148\u9032\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5206\u6790\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u91cd\u5efa\u6162\u751f\u6839\u7624\u83cc\u56fa\u6c2e\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u6f14\u5316\u6b77\u53f2\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u83cc\u7684\u7956\u5148\u65e9\u5df2\u5177\u5099\u5728\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u56fa\u6c2e\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u8207\u8c46\u79d1\u690d\u7269\u5f62\u6210\u5171\u751f\u95dc\u4fc2\u5247\u662f\u5728\u5176\u5f8c\u591a\u6b21\u7368\u7acb\u6f14\u5316\u800c\u6210\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u95dc\u9375\u57fa\u56e0\u70ba\u7d30\u83cc\u7a7f\u4e0a\u300c<\/strong><strong>\u4fdd<\/strong><strong>\u8b77\u8863\u300d<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u540c\u6642\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u81ea\u7531\u56fa\u6c2e\u7684\u6162\u751f\u6839\u7624\u83cc\u666e\u904d\u5e36\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u540d\u70ba <em>glbO<\/em>\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u57fa\u56e0\u3002\u8a72\u57fa\u56e0\u80fd\u88fd\u9020\u4e00\u7a2e\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b77\u8ca0\u8cac\u56fa\u6c2e\u7684\u9176\u514d\u53d7\u6c27\u6c23\u640d\u5bb3\uff0c\u7336\u5982\u66ff\u7d30\u83cc\u7a7f\u4e0a\u300c\u4fdd\u8b77\u8863\u300d\u3002\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u65bc\u8c46\u79d1\u690d\u7269\u6839\u7624\u5167\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u56e0\u53d7\u690d\u7269\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u7d93\u9577\u671f\u6f14\u5316\u5f8c\u5c31\u5931\u53bb\u9019\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u70ba\u9a57\u8b49\u6b64\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u8207\u6cd5\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7814\u7a76\u6240 <strong>Eric Giraud <\/strong><strong>\u535a\u58eb<\/strong>\u5718\u968a\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u7814\u7a76\u4e00\u7a2e\u540d\u70ba ORS285 \u7684\u6162\u751f\u6839\u7624\u83cc\u83cc\u682a\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u83cc\u682a\u517c\u5177\u5728\u8c46\u79d1\u690d\u7269\u6839\u7624\u5167\u53ca\u81ea\u7531\u751f\u6d3b\u72c0\u614b\u4e0b\u56fa\u6c2e\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u7576\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u95dc\u9589\u5176 <em>glbO<\/em> \u57fa\u56e0\u5f8c\uff0c\u7d30\u83cc\u5728\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u7684\u56fa\u6c2e\u80fd\u529b\u5927\u5e45\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u8c46\u79d1\u690d\u7269\u6839\u7624\u5167\u5247\u80fd\u7dad\u6301\u6b63\u5e38\uff1b\u53cd\u4e4b\uff0c\u7576\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5c07\u8a72\u57fa\u56e0\u91cd\u65b0\u5c0e\u5165\u5df2\u5931\u53bb\u76f8\u95dc\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u5171\u751f\u83cc\u682a\u5f8c\uff0c\u5176\u571f\u58e4\u56fa\u6c2e\u80fd\u529b\u5c31\u660e\u986f\u63d0\u5347\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u70ba<\/strong><strong>\u958b\u767c\u5929\u7136\u751f\u7269\u80a5\u6599<\/strong><strong>\u5e36\u4f86\u65b0\u5951\u6a5f<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u7f85\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u6162\u751f\u6839\u7624\u83cc\u5728\u8207\u8c46\u79d1\u690d\u7269\u5efa\u7acb\u5171\u751f\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u65e9\u5df2\u61c2\u5f97\u5728\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u81ea\u884c\u56fa\u6c2e\uff0c\u5176\u5f8c\u624d\u591a\u6b21\u7368\u7acb\u6f14\u5316\u51fa\u9032\u5165\u8c46\u79d1\u690d\u7269\u6839\u7624\u9032\u884c\u5171\u751f\u56fa\u6c2e\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7814\u7a76\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u8c46\u79d1\u690d\u7269\u6839\u7624\u5167\u90e8\u7684\u56fa\u6c2e\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u6211\u5011\u8b49\u660e\u4e86\u7d30\u83cc\u81ea\u7531\u751f\u6d3b\u65bc\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u7684\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u624d\u662f\u56fa\u6c2e\u80fd\u529b\u6f14\u5316\u7684\u771f\u6b63\u8d77\u9ede\u3002\u82e5\u80fd\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u5b83\u5011\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u4fdd\u8b77\u56fa\u6c2e\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u4fbf\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u6539\u9020\u6216\u7be9\u9078\u51fa\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6c34\u7a3b\u3001\u5c0f\u9ea5\u7b49\u975e\u8c46\u79d1\u4f5c\u7269\u7684\u56fa\u6c2e\u83cc\u682a\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u4f5c\u7269\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u5316\u5b78\u80a5\u6599\u7684\u4f9d\u8cf4\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u51cc\u535a\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u5316\u5b78\u80a5\u6599\u4e0d\u4f46\u6210\u672c\u9ad8\u6602\uff0c\u4ea6\u6703\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u8ca0\u64d4\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u65e9\u5df2\u6f14\u5316\u51fa\u80fd\u514d\u8cbb\u70ba\u690d\u7269\u63d0\u4f9b\u6c2e\u80a5\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u9700\u8981\u505a\u7684\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u5b78\u6703\u5982\u4f55\u5584\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u5929\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u5177\u5099\u7368\u7acb\u56fa\u6c2e\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u6162\u751f\u6839\u7624\u83cc\u5728\u81ea\u7136\u754c\u4e2d\u6578\u91cf\u9f90\u5927\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5177\u9ad8\u5ea6\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u3002\u672a\u4f86\uff0c\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u6709\u671b\u900f\u904e\u57fa\u56e0\u5de5\u7a0b\u6216\u7be9\u9078\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5c07\u9019\u4e9b\u81ea\u5e36\u300c\u4fdd\u8b77\u8863\u300d\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u6c34\u7a3b\u8207\u5c0f\u9ea5\u7b49\u91cd\u8981\u7ce7\u98df\u4f5c\u7269\u7684\u8fb2\u7530\uff0c\u70ba\u63d0\u5347\u7ce7\u98df\u5b89\u5168\u53ca\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u63d0\u4f9b\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u700f\u89bd\u5b8c\u6574\u8ad6\u6587\uff1a<a
