\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\uff08\u4e2d\u5927\uff09\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u4ee5\u81e8\u5e8a\u6578\u64da\u9032\u884c\u4e00\u9805\u56de\u9867\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u53e3\u670d\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u85e5\u7269\u300c\u5e15\u514b\u65af\u6d1b\u7dad\u5fb7\u300d\uff08\u53c8\u540dnirmatrelvir-ritonavir\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7c21\u7a31Paxlovid\uff09\uff0c\u5c0d\u65b0\u51a0\u4f4f\u9662\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6025\u75c7\u671f\u5f8c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u548c\u51fa\u73fe\u65b0\u51a0\u5f8c\u907a\u75c7\u98a8\u96aa\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u82e5\u60a3\u8005\u65bc\u75c5\u767c\u5f8c\u4e94\u65e5\u5167\u670d\u7528Paxlovid\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u51fa\u73fe\u6025\u75c7\u671f\u5f8c\uff08\u5373\u6aa2\u6e2c\u967d\u602721\u5929\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff09\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u8f03\u6c92\u6709\u5728\u6025\u75c7\u671f\u5167\u7528\u85e5\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u964d\u4f4e\u7d0440%\u3002Paxlovid\u4ea6\u80fd\u964d\u4f4e\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u6025\u75c7\u671f\u5f8c\u51fa\u73fe\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u548c\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7d71\u5f8c\u907a\u75c7\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u8a73\u7d30\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u5df2\u65bc\u91ab\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u300a\u523a\u91dd\u50b3\u67d3\u75c5\u5b78\u300b\uff08The Lancet Infectious Diseases<\/em>\uff09\u767c\u8868\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u85e5\u7269\u5c0d\u65b0\u51a0\u4f4f\u9662\u60a3\u8005\u5e36\u4f86\u9577\u671f\u6548\u7528<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

\u6587\u737b\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u7d0410%\u81f330%\u75c5\u4eba\u5728\u65b0\u51a0\u6025\u75c7\u671f\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ecd\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u4e0d\u540c\u5f8c\u907a\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u3002\u5118\u7ba1Paxlovid\u65bc2021\u5e74\u5e95\u5df2\u958b\u59cb\u8655\u65b9\u4e88\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u4eba\uff0c\u4f46\u6b64\u53e3\u670d\u85e5\u5c0d\u65b0\u51a0\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u4f4f\u9662\u60a3\u8005\u51fa\u73fe\u6025\u75c7\u671f\u5f8c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u548c\u5f8c\u907a\u75c7\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4ecd\u672a\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u63a2\u8a0e\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u672c\u6e2f2022\u5e743\u6708\u81f32023\u5e7410\u6708\u671f\u9593\u903e\u4e94\u842c\u540d\u5e74\u6eff18\u6b72\u65b0\u51a0\u4f4f\u9662\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7d0415,000\u4eba\u5728\u75c5\u767c\u4e94\u5929\u5167\u7372\u8655\u65b9Paxlovid\uff0c\u5176\u9918\u7121\u5728\u6025\u75c7\u671f\u5167\u670d\u7528Paxlovid\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5247\u88ab\u6b78\u70ba\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u767c\u73fe\u65b0\u51a0\u4f4f\u9662\u75c5\u4eba\u5982\u6709\u670d\u7528Paxlovid\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u65bc\u6025\u75c7\u671f\u5f8c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u70ba6.9%\uff0c\u8f03\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u768413.5%\u4f4e\u3002\u5718\u968a\u6839\u64da\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u3001\u81e8\u5e8a\u548c\u75ab\u82d7\u63a5\u7a2e\u8cc7\u6599\u8abf\u6574\u6578\u64da\u5f8c\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u6709\u670d\u7528Paxlovid\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u6025\u75c7\u671f\u5f8c\u7684\u6b7b\u4ea1\u98a8\u96aa\u8f03\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u964d\u4f4e38%\u3002Paxlovid\u5c0d\u964d\u4f4e\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u6025\u75c7\u671f\u5f8c\u51fa\u73fe\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u548c\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7d71\u5f8c\u907a\u75c7\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u985e\u4f3c\u6548\u679c\u3002\u8a73\u60c5\u8acb\u53c3\u8003\u9644\u4ef6\u8868\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\r\n
