fumarate\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31TDF\uff09\u5f8c\u51fa\u73fe\u9aa8\u6298\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u63a5\u53d7TDF\u6cbb\u7642\u8d85\u904e\u5169\u5e74\u5f8c\uff0c\u9aa8\u6298\u98a8\u96aa\u660e\u986f\u8f03\u63a5\u53d7ETV\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u9ad8\u3002\u5718\u968a\u5efa\u8b70\u91ab\u751f\u8655\u65b9\u4e59\u809d\u85e5\u7269\u6642\uff0c\u61c9\u66f4\u5168\u9762\u8003\u616e\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4ea6\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u9810\u9632\u9577\u8005\u9aa8\u6298\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u5df2\u65bc\u570b\u969b\u91ab\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u300a\u809d\u75c5\u5b78\u96dc\u8a8c\u300b\uff08<em>Journal of Hepatology<\/em>\uff09\u767c\u8868\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u670d\u7528\u4e59\u809d\u85e5<\/strong><strong>TDF<\/strong><strong>\u53ef\u6e1b\u4f4e\u9aa8\u8cea\u5bc6\u5ea6<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u4e59\u809d\u662f\u7531\u4e59\u578b\u809d\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u6240\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u809d\u81df\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u6309\u71672020-2022\u5e74\u5ea6\u4eba\u53e3\u5065\u5eb7\u8abf\u67e5\u7d50\u679c\u63a8\u7b97\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u6574\u9ad4\u4eba\u53e3\u7576\u4e2d\u7d046.2%\uff0c\u5373\u7d04465,000\u4eba\u5e36\u6709\u4e59\u809d\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u85e5\u7269\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u6291\u5236\u4e59\u809d\u75c5\u6bd2\u8907\u88fd\uff0c\u6e1b\u4f4e\u60a3\u4e0a\u809d\u786c\u5316\u3001\u809d\u8870\u7aed\u53ca\u809d\u764c\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002ETV\u548cTDF\u662f\u73fe\u6642\u9999\u6e2f\u6700\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u4e00\u7dda\u4e59\u809d\u53e3\u670d\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u85e5\u7269\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5167\u79d1\u53ca\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u5b78\u7cfb\u6559\u6388\u517c\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb\u53ca\u809d\u81df\u8b77\u7406\u4e2d\u5fc3\u526f\u4e3b\u4efb<strong>\u9ec3\u9e97\u8679\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u90e8\u5206\u6162\u6027\u4e59\u809d\u60a3\u8005\u9700\u8981\u9577\u671f\u751a\u81f3\u7d42\u8eab\u670d\u7528\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u85e5\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u66f4\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u85e5\u7269\u5c0d\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u9577\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\u3002TDF\u96d6\u7136\u7642\u6548\u986f\u8457\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u9810\u671f\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u5c31\u662f\u6e1b\u4f4e\u9aa8\u8cea\u5bc6\u5ea6\u3002\u9577\u671f\u670d\u7528\u6b64\u85e5\u7684\u9577\u8005\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u906d\u9047\u649e\u64ca\u6216\u610f\u5916\u8dcc\u5012\u6642\uff0c\u4fbf\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u9aa8\u6298\u3002\u6211\u5011\u56e0\u6b64\u958b\u5c55\u662f\u9805\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5180\u53d6\u5f97\u5be6\u8b49\u4ee5\u52a9\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u5168\u9762\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u7ba1\u7406\u5efa\u8b70\u4e88\u4e59\u809d\u60a3\u8005\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u5168\u9762\u8003\u616e\u5e74\u9577\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u72c0\u6cc1\u518d\u8655\u65b9\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u85e5\u7269<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u7531\u8449\u5353\u98a8\u535a\u58eb\u548c\u9ece\u6893\u6ed4\u91ab\u751f\u9818\u5c0e\u7684\u4e2d\u5927\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u904b\u7528\u91ab\u9662\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u5065\u5eb7\u6578\u64da\u5eab\u300c\u81e8\u5e8a\u91ab\u7642\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790\u53ca\u5831\u544a\u7cfb\u7d71\uff08CDARS\uff09\u300d\uff0c\u5206\u679041,531\u540d\u57282008\u5e74\u81f32022\u5e74\u9593\u670d\u7528\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u85e5ETV\u6216TDF\u300160\u6b72\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6162\u6027\u4e59\u809d\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u7531\u60a3\u8005\u958b\u59cb\u670d\u7528\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u85e5\u8d77\u8ffd\u8e64\u4ed6\u5011\u516b\u5e74\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u6bd4\u8f03\u5169\u500b\u7d44\u5225\u7684\u9aa8\u6298\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u767c\u73fe\uff0cTDF\u7d44\u5225\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u670d\u85e5\u8d85\u904e\u5169\u5e74\u5f8c\uff0c\u9aa8\u6298\u767c\u751f\u7387\u660e\u986f\u8f03ETV\u7d44\u9ad8\u3002\uff08\u8a73\u7d30\u6578\u64da\u898b\u9644\u4ef6\u4e00\uff09<\/p>\r\n<p>\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5167\u79d1\u53ca\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u5b78\u7cfb\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u517c\u91ab\u5b78\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790\u4e2d\u5fc3\u526f\u4e3b\u4efb<strong>\u8449\u5353\u98a8\u535a\u58eb<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6839\u64da\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u670d\u7528ETV\u6216TDF\u6297\u75c5\u6bd2\u85e5\u7684\u4e59\u809d\u60a3\u8005\u5728\u6cbb\u7642\u958b\u59cb\u7684\u9996\u5169\u5e74\u51fa\u73fe\u9aa8\u6298\u7684\u767c\u751f\u7387\u76f8\u82e5\u3002\u4f46\u670d\u85e5\u903e\u5169\u5e74\u5f8c\uff0c\u670d\u7528TDF\u60a3\u8005\u9aa8\u6298\u767c\u751f\u7387\u7684\u589e\u5e45\u660e\u986f\u8f03\u5927\uff0c\u516b\u5e74\u5f8c\u7684\u7d2f\u7a4d\u767c\u751f\u7387\u66f4\u9ad8\u51fa\u4e94\u6210\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u53ef\u898b\uff0c60\u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u4e59\u809d\u75c5\u4eba\u5728\u63a5\u53d7TDF\u6cbb\u7642\u8d85\u904e\u5169\u5e74\u5f8c\uff0c\u9aa8\u6298\u98a8\u96aa\u660e\u986f\u8f03\u9ad8\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5c0d70\u6b72\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u60a3\u8005\u9032\u884c\u540c\u6a23\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u540c\u6a23\u53ef\u898bTDF\u6cbb\u7642\u6703\u5e36\u4f86\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u9aa8\u6298\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n<p>\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u89aa\u738b\u91ab\u9662\u5167\u79d1\u8178\u80c3\u53ca\u809d\u81df\u5c08\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u517c\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5167\u79d1\u53ca\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u5b78\u7cfb\u540d\u8b7d\u81e8\u5e8a\u5c0e\u5e2b<strong>\u9ece\u6893\u6ed4\u91ab\u751f<\/strong>\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u57fa\u65bc\u6b64\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5efa\u8b70\u91ab\u751f\u8655\u65b9\u4e59\u809d\u85e5\u7269\u6642\uff0c\u61c9\u66f4\u5168\u9762\u8003\u616e\u5e74\u9577\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u6587\u737b\u4ea6\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u767c\u751f\u9aa8\u6298\u76
