\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\uff08\u4e2d\u5927\uff09\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u83ab\u6a39\u9326\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u8207\u570b\u969b\u80ba\u764c\u5c08\u5bb6\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u6e2c\u8a66\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u7d50\u5408\u5316\u7642\u5c0d\u6cbb\u7642\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u7684\u6210\u6548\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4ee5\u96a8\u6a5f\u3001\u958b\u653e\u5c0d\u7167\u7d44\u5f62\u5f0f\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u5718\u968a\u767c\u73fe\u4ee5\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269tremelimumab\u53cadurvalumab\u7d50\u5408\u5316\u7642\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u986f\u8457\u63d0\u5347\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u7121\u60e1\u5316\u5b58\u6d3b\u53ca\u6574\u9ad4\u5b58\u6d3b\u7387\uff0c\u53ef\u671b\u6210\u70ba\u65b0\u7684\u4e00\u7dda\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u8a73\u60c5\u5df2\u520a\u767b\u65bc\u6b0a\u5a01\u91ab\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u300aJournal of Clinical Oncology<\/em><\/strong>\u300b\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269<\/strong>tremelimumab<\/strong>\u53ca<\/strong>durvalumab<\/strong>\u7d50\u5408\u5316\u7642\u986f\u8457\u6539\u5584\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u7642\u6548<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

\u80ba\u764c\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6700\u591a\u4eba\u7f79\u60a3\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u7d04\u6709180\u842c\u4eba\u6b7b\u65bc\u6b64\u75c5\u3002\u6839\u64da\u9999\u6e2f\u764c\u75c7\u8cc7\u6599\u7d71\u8a08\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u80ba\u764c\u4e0d\u4f46\u70ba\u672c\u6e2f\u7684\u982d\u865f\u764c\u75c7\u6bba\u624b\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u9999\u6e2f\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u764c\u75c7\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u65b0\u75c7\u903e5,000\u5b97\uff0c\u6574\u9ad4\u500b\u6848\u4e2d\u903e\u516b\u6210\u70ba\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u3002\u8fd1\u671f\u6709\u591a\u4efd\u7814\u7a76\u5747\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u7d50\u5408\u5316\u7642\u5c0d\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u62db\u52df\u4f86\u81ea18\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u3001142\u9593\u4e2d\u5fc3\u51711,013\u500b\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u5df2\u51fa\u73fe\u8f49\u79fb\u7684\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u53c3\u8207\u81e8\u5e8a\u4e09\u671f\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e2c\u8a66\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u7d50\u5408\u5316\u7642\uff0c\u8207\u55ae\u4ee5\u5316\u7642\u76f8\u6bd4\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u6210\u6548\u5dee\u7570\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u88ab\u5e73\u5747\u5206\u70ba\u4e09\u500b\u6cbb\u7642\u6e2c\u8a66\u7d44\uff1a\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269tremelimumab\u53ca durvalumab\u7d50\u5408\u5316\u7642\uff08tremelimumab\u53cadurvalumab\u52a0\u5316\u7642\u7d44\uff09\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269durvalumab\u7d50\u5408\u5316\u7642\uff08durvalumab\u52a0\u5316\u7642\u7d44\uff09\u53ca\u7d14\u7cb9\u63a5\u53d7\u5316\u7642\uff08\u5316\u7642\u7d44\uff09\u3002\uff08\u4e09\u7a2e\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u8a73\u7d30\u5167\u5bb9\u53ef\u53c3\u95b1\u9644\u4ef6\u8868\u4e00\uff09<\/p>\r\n

\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u63a5\u53d7\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u7d50\u5408\u5316\u7642\uff0c\u8f03\u55ae\u7d14\u5316\u7642\u7684\u6210\u6548\u9ad8\u3002\u4e09\u7d44\u6e2c\u8a66\u8005\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u300ctremelimumab\u53cadurvalumab\u52a0\u5316\u7642\u7d44\u300d\u7684\u6210\u6548\u6700\u70ba\u660e\u986f\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u768412\u500b\u6708\u7121\u60e1\u5316\u5b58\u6d3b\u7387\u662f\u5316\u7642\u7d44\u7684\u5169\u500d\uff0c\u800c24\u500b\u6708\u5b58\u6d3b\u7387\u4ea6\u589e\u52a050%\u3002\uff08\u8a73\u7d30\u6578\u64da\u53ef\u53c3\u95b1\u9644\u4ef6\u8868\u4e8c\u53ca\u8868\u4e09\uff09<\/p>\r\n

\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u7cfb\u7cfb\u4e3b\u4efb\u517c\u674e\u6a39\u82ac\u91ab\u5b78\u57fa\u91d1\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u6559\u6388\u83ab\u6a39\u9326\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u70ba\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u5d84\u65b0\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u4ee5\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269tremelimumab\u53cadurvalumab\u7d50\u5408\u5316\u7642\uff0c\u53ef\u5927\u5927\u6539\u5584\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u7121\u60e1\u5316\u5b58\u6d3b\u53ca\u6574\u9ad4\u5b58\u6d3b\u7684\u6a5f\u7387\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6c92\u6709\u986f\u8457\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u65b0\u65b9\u6848\u5f97\u5230\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u53ca\u85e5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u8a31\u53ef\u7d0d\u5165\u81e8\u5e8a\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u4ee5\u6cbb\u7642\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n

\u65b0\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848\u7279\u5225\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6c92\u6709<\/strong>PD-L1<\/strong>\u8868\u9054\u7684\u60a3\u8005<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/strong>\u73fe\u6642\u91dd\u5c0d\u5e36\u6709PD-L1\u8868\u9054\u7684\u665a\u671f\u6216\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u4e00\u7dda\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4ee5antiPD-1\u70ba\u514d\u75ab\u6aa2\u67e5\u9ede\u6291\u5236\u5291\uff08immune checkpoint inhibitor\uff09\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7642\u6cd5\uff0cdurvalumab\u5c31\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u7a2e\u3002\u4f46\u5c0d\u65bc\u6c92\u6709PD-L1\u8868\u9054\u6216PD-L1\u8868\u9054\u8f03\u4f4e\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u800c\u8a00\uff0cantiPD-1\u6cbb\u7642\u5247\u4e0d\u594f\u6548\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u9700\u8981\u65b0\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u7d44\u5408\u3002<\/p>\r\n
