\u764c\u75db\u662f\u665a\u671f\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u5e38\u898b\u75c7\u72c0\u3002\u5b83\u4e0d\u50c5\u5f71\u97ff\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u8cea\u7d20\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4ee4\u75c5\u60c5\u60e1\u5316\u548c\u589e\u52a0\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u3002\u90e8\u5206\u764c\u75c7\u75bc\u75db\u60a3\u8005\u66f4\u51fa\u73fe\u300c\u85e5\u77f3\u7121\u9748\u300d\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u670d\u7528\u6b62\u75db\u85e5\u4e5f\u7121\u6cd5\u7d13\u7de9\u75db\u695a\uff0c\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u8207\u672a\u660e\u7684\u75c5\u7406\u6a5f\u5236\u6709\u95dc\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\uff08\u4e2d\u5927\uff09\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u7684\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u4e00\u7a2e\u540d\u70ba\u300c\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u5411\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u6a23\u7d30\u80de\u8f49\u5316\uff08MNT\uff09\u300d\u7684\u65b0\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u6703\u5728\u80ba\u764c\u5fae\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u7522\u751f\u75db\u89ba\u795e\u7d93\u5143\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u764c\u75db\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457MNT\u6216\u53ef\u6210\u70ba\u539f\u767c\u6027\u764c\u75db\u7684\u7cbe\u6e96\u6cbb\u7642\u9776\u9ede\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u5df2\u767c\u8868\u5728\u570b\u969b\u79d1\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u300aScience Advances\u300b\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u901a\u904e\u55ae\u7d30\u80de<\/strong> RNA <\/strong>\u6e2c\u5e8f\u767c\u73fe\u764c\u75c7\u4e2d\u75db\u89ba\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7684\u6839\u6e90<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u5f62\u6210\uff08\u6216\u816b\u7624\u795e\u7d93\u652f\u914d\uff09\u662f\u764c\u75c7\u4e2d\u4e00\u7a2e\u5e38\u898b\u4f46\u539f\u56e0\u4e0d\u660e\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u5176\u75c5\u7406\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u4ecd\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u3002\u6108\u4f86\u6108\u591a\u8b49\u64da\u8868\u660e\u5b83\u8207\u60a3\u8005\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u3001\u75c5\u60c5\u9032\u5c55\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u764c\u75c7\u76f8\u95dc\u75bc\u75db\u90fd\u6709\u5bc6\u5207\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4e86\u89e3\u816b\u7624\u76f8\u95dc\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u627e\u51fa\u75bc\u75db\u611f\u89ba\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7684\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u4e26\u78ba\u5b9a\u539f\u767c\u6027\u764c\u75db\u7684\u7cbe\u78ba\u6cbb\u7642\u9776\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u75c5\u7406\u89e3\u5256\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u5b78\u7cfb\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u9127\u9298\u6b0a\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u89e3\u91cb\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u904b\u7528\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u55ae\u7d30\u80deRNA\u6e2c\u5e8f\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5448\u73fe\u4e86\u4ee5\u5f80\u5e38\u898f\u6aa2\u6e2c\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0b\u88ab\u63a9\u84cb\u5728\u816b\u7624\u6a19\u672c\u4e2d\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u500b\u9ad4\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u6211\u5011\u767c\u73fe\u80ba\u764c\u7684\u75db\u89ba\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u6703\u5f37\u70c8\u8868\u9054\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u6a19\u8a8c\u7269\uff0c\u63ed\u793a\u4e86\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u764c\u75c7\u75bc\u75db\u4e4b\u9593\u5b58\u5728\u76f4\u63a5\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n

\u7814\u7a76\u5c0f\u7d44\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5f9e\u80ba\u764c\u6578\u64da\u96c6\u4e2d\u7cbe\u78ba\u5730\u63d0\u53d6\u6240\u6709\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u8b5c\u7cfb\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u4e26\u5229\u7528\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u751f\u7269\u4fe1\u606f\u5b78\u7b56\u7565\u91cd\u5efa\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u767c\u80b2\u9014\u5f91\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u65b0\u6a5f\u5236MNT\uff0c\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b93\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u816b\u7624\u5fae\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u76f4\u63a5\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u75db\u89ba\u795e\u7d93\u5143\uff0c\u5f15\u767c\u764c\u75db\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u300c\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u5411\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u6a23\u7d30\u80de\u8f49\u5316\u300d\u4f5c\u70ba\u764c\u75c7\u75bc\u75db\u7684\u7cbe\u6e96\u6cbb\u7642\u9776\u9ede<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

MNT \u5e38\u898b\u65bc\u80ba\u764c\u3001\u814e\u764c\u548c\u809d\u764c\u75c5\u4eba\u6a19\u672c\u4e2d\u3002\u800c\u7814\u7a76\u5c0f\u7d44\u8b49\u5be6\u4e86MNT \u6703\u5f15\u8d77\u548c\u4fc3\u9032\u8377\u816b\u7624\u5c0f\u9f20\u7684\u75bc\u75db\uff0c\u63ed\u793a\u4e86\u5b83\u5728\u539f\u767c\u6027\u764c\u75db\u4e2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u75c5\u7406\u89e3\u5256\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u5b78\u7cfb\u535a\u58eb\u5f8c\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u9127\u662d\u4fca\u535a\u58eb<\/strong>\u89e3\u91cb\uff1a\u300c\u70ba\u4e86\u958b\u767c\u539f\u767c\u6027\u764c\u75db\u7684\u7cbe\u78ba\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u901a\u904e\u67d3\u8272\u8cea\u514d\u75ab\u6c89\u6fb1\u4f86\u5206\u6790\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u764c\u75c7\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u9032\u884c MNT \u6642\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8b8a\u5316\u3002 \u6700\u5f8c\u78ba\u5b9a\u51fa\u8f49\u9304\u56e0\u5b50 Smad3 \u662f\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u4fc3\u9032 MNT\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n

\u7814\u7a76\u5c0f\u7d44\u8b49\u5be6\u91dd\u5c0d\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80deSmad3\u9032\u884c\u57fa\u56e0\u522a\u6e1b\u6216\u900f\u904e\u85e5\u7269\u6291\u5236\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0f\u9f20\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u76f8\u95dc\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u6578\u91cf\u548c\u75bc\u75db\u611f\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457MNT\u53ef\u80fd\u6210\u70ba\u539f\u767c\u6027\u764c\u75db\u7684\u7cbe\u6e96\u6cbb\u7642\u9776\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\r\n
