<strong>\u6b63\u8a08\u5283\u958b\u5c55\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u81e8\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u809d\u81bd\u80f0\u764c\u75c7\u662f\u6307\u6e90\u81ea\u809d\u81df\u3001\u81bd\u7ba1\u6216\u80f0\u817a\u7684\u764c\u75c7\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u91ab\u9662\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u809d\u764c\u548c\u80f0\u81df\u764c\u5747\u5c6c\u672c\u6e2f\u4e94\u5927\u81f4\u547d\u764c\u75c7\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u809d\u81bd\u80f0\u764c\u75c7\u75c5\u4eba\u4e94\u5e74\u5b58\u6d3b\u7387\u4e0d\u8db3\u767e\u5206\u4e4b\u4e94\uff0c\u8d85\u904e70%\u75c5\u4eba\u5c6c\u7121\u6cd5\u958b\u5200\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u6975\u9700\u958b\u767c\u66f4\u591a\u6cbb\u7642\u3002\u9673\u6559\u6388\u5728\u5c31\u8077\u6f14\u8b1b\u4e0a\uff0c\u5206\u4eab\u4e86\u5176\u5718\u968a\u65bc\u904e\u53bb20\u5e74\u9032\u884c\u7684\u809d\u81bd\u80f0\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7642\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u8b1b\u5ea7\u5728\u7dda\u4e0a\u548c\u7dda\u4e0b\u540c\u6b65\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u8fd1200\u4f4d\u4f86\u81ea\u4e0d\u540c\u754c\u5225\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u89aa\u81e8\u73fe\u5834\u53c3\u8207\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u8449\u6c0f\u5bb6\u65cf\u57fa\u91d1\u4ee3\u8868\u3001\u591a\u540d\u91ab\u5b78\u754c\u77e5\u540d\u4eba\u58eb\u3001\u4e2d\u5927\u6821\u53cb\u53ca\u5e2b\u751f\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u9673\u6559\u6388\u6f14\u8b1b\u6642\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4ed6\u5728\u4eca\u5e74\u521d\u5e36\u9818\u570b\u969b\u81e8\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u7814\u767c\u6df7\u5408\u514d\u75ab\u7642\u6cd5\u6cbb\u7642\u809d\u764c\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u986f\u8457\u5ef6\u9577\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5b58\u6d3b\u671f\uff0c\u4e5f\u4f7f\u4ed6\u5011\u514d\u53d7\u5e38\u898f\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u56f0\u64fe\u3002\u9673\u6559\u6388\u7684\u5718\u968a\u4ea6\u7a4d\u6975\u63a2\u7d22\u300c\u9810\u6e2c\u6027\u751f\u7269\u6a19\u8a18\u300d\u548c\u9032\u884c\u300c\u985e\u5668\u5b98\u85e5\u7269\u6e2c\u8a66\u300d\uff0c\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u5c07\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7642\u500b\u4eba\u5316\uff0c\u4ee5\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6539\u5584\u809d\u81bd\u80f0\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u6210\u6548\u3002\u5728\u9019\u500b\u7406\u5ff5\u4e0b\uff0c\u500b\u5225\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u6839\u64da\u85e5\u7269\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7d50\u679c\u9032\u884c\u7279\u5b9a\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u4ee5\u9054\u81f4\u66f4\u7cbe\u6e96\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u7642\u6548\u3002\u81e8\u5e8a\u524d\u6a21\u578b\u548c\u65e9\u671f\u81e8\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76\u7d93\u5df2\u986f\u793a\u4ee4\u4eba\u632f\u596e\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u3002\u70ba\u6295\u5165\u81e8\u5e8a\u5be6\u8e10\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u6b63\u8a08\u5283\u958b\u5c55\u4e00\u9805\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u9673\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u7684\u5922\u60f3\u662f\u5c07\u4f86\u6709\u8b93\u764c\u75c7\u75c5\u4eba\u5b8c\u5168\u5eb7\u5fa9\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u671d\u7740\u9019\u500b\u76ee\u6a19\u524d\u9032\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5e0c\u671b\u900f\u904e\u5be6\u73fe\u809d\u81bd\u80f0\u764c\u75c7\u500b\u4eba\u5316\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u7406\u60f3\uff0c\u70ba\u6bcf\u4f4d\u75c5\u4eba\u9078\u51fa\u6700\u9069\u5408\u4ed6\u5011\u8eab\u9ad4\u72c0\u6cc1\u7684\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u7a81\u7834\u73fe\u6642\u809d\u81bd\u80f0\u764c\u75c7\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6cbb\u7642\u9078\u64c7\u7684\u74f6\u9838\uff0c\u8b93\u75c5\u4eba\u9ad4\u9a57\u5230\u6cbb\u7642\u96d6\u82e6\uff0c\u537b\u4ecd\u4eab\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u8cea\u7d20\u3002\u6211\u5728\u6b64\u4ea6\u8877\u5fc3\u611f\u8b1d\u8449\u6c0f\u5bb6\u65cf\u57fa\u91d1\u7684\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u8b93\u809d\u81bd\u80f0\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u80fd\u5920\u60e0\u53ca\u672c\u5730\u4ee5\u81f3\u5168\u7403\u66f4\u591a\u75c5\u4eba\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u5f9e\u4e8b\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u81e8\u5e8a\u517c\u7814\u7a76\u5eff\u8f09<\/strong> <strong>\u64d4\u4efb\u591a\u9805\u5b78\u8853\u5de5\u4f5c<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u53d7\u4e2d\u5b78\u8001\u5e2b\u548c\u81ea\u8eab\u4f4f\u9662\u7d93\u6b77\u7684\u555f\u767c\uff0c\u9673\u6559\u6388\u81ea\u5e74\u5c11\u8d77\u4fbf\u7acb\u5fd7\u6210\u70ba\u4e00\u540d\u91ab\u751f\u3002\u4ed6\u65bc2000\u5e74\u7562\u696d\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc2001\u5e74\u81f32007\u5e74\u5728\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u89aa\u738b\u91ab\u9662\u63a5\u53d7\u816b\u7624\u5167\u79d1\u57f9\u8a13\uff0c\u73fe\u70ba\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u7cfb\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u52a9\u7406\u9662\u9577\uff08\u91ab\u7642\u7cfb\u7d71\uff09\u3002\u4ed6\u4ea6\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u516c\u76ca\u4e8b\u52d9\uff0c\u65bc2015\u5e74\u5275\u7acb\u4e86\u540d\u70ba\u300c\u764c\uff0e\u4e0d\u5b64\u55ae\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u300d\u7684\u6148\u5584\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u70ba\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u514d\u8cbb\u670d\u52d9\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u9673\u6559\u6388\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u91cd\u9ede\u70ba\u809d\u81bd\u80f0\u764c\u75c7\u81e8\u5e8a\u548c\u8f49\u5316\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u4ed6\u65bc2007\u5e74\u548c2008\u5e74\u5206\u5225\u7372\u5f97\u9999\u6e2f\u5167\u79d1\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u9812\u767c\u8ad6\u6587\u91d1\u734e\u548c\u9752\u5e74\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u6b8a\u69ae\uff0c\u4ee5\u8868\u63da\u5176\u6210\u5c31\u3002\u5728\u570b\u969b\u5b78\u8853\u5c64\u9762\uff0c\u9673\u6559\u6388\u7372\u9080\u8acb\u64d4\u4efbInternational Force\uff09\u7684\u6d77\u5916\u6210\u54e1\u3002\u4ed6\u66fe\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u6703 \uff08ESMO\uff09\u5927\u6703\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u6307\u5c0e\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u64d4\u4efb2021\u5e74\u7684\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4e3b\u5e2d\uff0c\u73fe\u70ba2022\u81f32023\u5e74\u5ea6\u7684\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u6210\u54e1\u3002\u9673\u6559\u6388\u53e6\u53d7\u9080\u64d4\u4efb\u300aJournal
