\u816b\u7624\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u8907\u96dc\u4e14\u591a\u6b65\u9a5f\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u5176\u6a5f\u5236\u81f3\u4eca\u4ecd\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u6027\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\uff08\u4e2d\u5927\uff09\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u4e00\u9805\u6700\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u5256\u6790\u80ba\u764c\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u6bcf\u9846\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u52d5\u614b\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u300c\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u2014\u808c\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\u8f49\u5316\uff08macrophage-myofibroblast transition, MMT\uff09\u300d\u6a5f\u5236\u5728\u816b\u7624\u5f62\u6210\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u64d4\u7576\u91cd\u8981\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u5718\u968a\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u524d\u5be6\u9a57\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0dMMT\u6a5f\u5236\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u6291\u5236\u80ba\u764c\u9032\u7a0b\uff0c\u6709\u671b\u958b\u767c\u6210\u70ba\u7cbe\u6e96\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u9019\u662f\u5168\u7403\u9996\u500b\u78ba\u7acbMMT\u6a5f\u5236\u8207\u764c\u75c7\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u5df2\u767c\u8868\u65bc\u570b\u969b\u9802\u5c16\u79d1\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u300aAdvanced Science\u300b\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u4ee5\u55ae\u7d30\u80de\u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\u62c6\u89e3\u816b\u7624\u5fae\u74b0\u5883 \u52a0\u901f\u6cbb\u7642\u958b\u767c<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

\u300c\u764c\u75c7\u76f8\u95dc\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\u300d\uff08cancer-associated fibroblasts\uff09\u662f\u7d44\u6210\u816b\u7624\u5fae\u74b0\u5883\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u5927\u5e45\u4fc3\u9032\u8840\u7ba1\u589e\u751f\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u6291\u5236\u3001\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u8f49\u79fb\u548c\u8010\u85e5\u6027\uff0c\u662f\u816b\u7624\u5f62\u6210\u53ca\u64f4\u6563\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u764c\u75c7\u76f8\u95dc\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\u540c\u6642\u5305\u542b\u53ef\u4ee5\u6297\u764c\u7684\u300c\u597d\u300d\u7d30\u80de\u4e9e\u7fa4\u548c\u4fc3\u9032\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u7684\u300c\u58de\u300d\u7d30\u80de\u4e9e\u7fa4\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u4e2d\u5927\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5229\u7528\u55ae\u7d30\u80deRNA\u6e2c\u5e8f\u62c6\u89e3\u816b\u7624\u5fae\u74b0\u5883\u52d5\u614b\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u65b0\u958b\u767c\u7684\u9ad8\u8fa8\u6790\u5be6\u9a57\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u7372\u53d6\u6a23\u672c\u4e2d\u6bcf\u9846\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u9054\u5716\u8b5c\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u5404\u764c\u75c7\u76f8\u95dc\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\u4e9e\u7fa4\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u70ba\u76f8\u95dc\u6cbb\u7642\u7b56\u7565\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b0\u601d\u8def\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u75c5\u7406\u89e3\u5256\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u5b78\u7cfb\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u9127\u9298\u6b0a\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u8a73\u8ff0\uff1a\u300c\u55ae\u7d30\u80deRNA\u6e2c\u5e8f\u662f\u73fe\u6642\u64c1\u6709\u6700\u9ad8\u751f\u7269\u7d44\u7e54\u8fa8\u6790\u5ea6\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u4ee5\u89c0\u5bdf\u816b\u7624\u5fae\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u6bcf\u9846\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u52d5\u614b\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u5340\u5206\u7576\u4e2d\u7684\u300e\u597d\u300f\u8207\u300e\u58de\u300f\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u958b\u767c\u7cbe\u6e96\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u9019\u662f\u55ae\u6191\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u548c\u624b\u8853\u5200\u7684\u50b3\u7d71\u9451\u5b9a\u65b9\u6cd5\u96e3\u4ee5\u6e96\u78ba\u505a\u5230\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n

\u9996\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u78ba\u7acb<\/strong>\u300c<\/strong>\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de<\/strong>\u2014\u808c\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\u8f49\u5316<\/strong>\u300d<\/strong>\u5728\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u89d2\u8272<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

\u8ca0\u8cac\u514d\u75ab\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u300c\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u300d\u56e0\u70ba\u9577\u671f\u904e\u5ea6\u6d3b\u8e8d\u800c\u76f4\u63a5\u8f49\u5316\u6210\u81f4\u75c5\u7684\u808c\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u6b64\u6a5f\u5236\u7a31\u70baMMT\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u816b\u7624\u5fae\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u4ea6\u80fd\u5920\u900f\u904eMMT\u6a5f\u5236\u8f49\u5316\u6210\u58de\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u76f8\u95dc\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u3002\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5718\u968a\u904e\u5f80\u7814\u7a76\u66fe\u7d93\u767c\u73feMMT\u8207\u814e\u75c5\u9032\u7a0b\u6709\u95dc\u806f\uff0c\u4eca\u6b21\u662f\u5168\u7403\u9996\u500b\u78ba\u7acbMMT\u6a5f\u5236\u8207\u764c\u75c7\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u75c5\u7406\u89e3\u5256\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u5b78\u7cfb\u535a\u58eb\u5f8c\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u9127\u662d\u4fca\u535a\u58eb<\/strong>\u89e3\u91cb\uff1a\u300c\u900f\u904e\u7d50\u5408\u55ae\u7d30\u80de\u6e2c\u5e8f\u4ee5\u53ca\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u751f\u7269\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5b78\u5e73\u53f0\u7d30\u80de\u64ec\u6642\u5e8f\u5206\u6790\uff08Pseudotime\uff09\u548c RNA\u901f\u5ea6\u5206\u6790 \uff08RNA velocity\uff09\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6210\u529f\u6355\u6349\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u80ba\u764c\u4e2d\u7684\u6574\u500b\u8b8a\u5316\u904e\u7a0b\u3002\u300d\u9127\u535a\u58eb\u6191\u85c9\u6b64\u767c\u73fe\u69ae\u7372\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u8cc7\u52a9\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u7814\u8cc7\u5c40\u300c2021-22\u535a\u58eb\u5f8c\u734e\u5b78\u91d1\u8a08\u5283\u300d\u53ca\u300c\u9999\u6e2f\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u67032021\u5e74\u9752\u5e74\u7814\u7a76\u5b78\u8005\u734e\u300d\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5718\u968a\u901a\u904e\u57fa\u56e0\u7db2\u7d61\u5206\u6790\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u78ba\u5b9a\u8f49\u9304\u56e0\u5b50Smad3\u662f\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c\u4e2d\uff0c\u555f\u52d5MMT\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u8abf\u7bc0\u5668\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u524d\u6578\u64da\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u85e5\u7269\u53ca\u57fa\u56e0\u6cbb\u7642\u6291\u5236\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9054Smad3\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u963b\u65b7 MMT \u53ca\u300c\u58de\u300d\u764c\u75c7\u76f8\u95dc\u6210\u7e96\u7dad\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u4ee4\u5be6\u9a57\u5c0f\u9f20\u7684\u816b\u7624\u6d88\u9000\uff0c\u8b49\u660eMMT\u6709\u671b\u6210\u7cbe\u6e96\u6cbb\u7642\u9776\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\r\n

\u4e2d\u5927\u5353\u654f\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u6559\u6388\u53ca\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5167\u79d1\u53ca\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u5b78\u7cfb\u6559\u6388\u85cd\u8f1d\u8000\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u65bc2014\u5e74\u5f9e\u814e\u81df\u7e96\u7dad\u5316\u4e2d\u767c\u73fe\u4e86MMT\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u5b83\u5728\u4eba\u985e\u75be\u75c5\u4e2d\u6709\u7121\u9650\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u6709\u5f85\u767c\u6398\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u5c07\u958b\u767c\u91dd\u5c0dMMT\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u7cbe\u6e96\u7642\u6cd5\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n

\u4e2d\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u75c5\u7406\u89e3\u5256\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u5b78\u7cfb\u7cfb\u4e3b\u4efb\u675c\u5bb6\u8f1d\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u88dc\u5145\uff1a\u300c\u96d6\u7136T\u7d30\u80de\u514d\u75ab\u7642\u6cd5\u5728\u6cbb\u7642\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u65b9\u9762\u6709\u5353\u8d8a\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u4f46\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u80ba\u764c\u7684\u6548\u679c\u537b\u672a\u5982\u9810\u671f\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u5c11\u65bc30%\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u6709\u6210\u6548\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u6211\u5011\u9700\u8981\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u816b\u7624\u5fae\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u4ee5\u627e\u51fa\u80fd\u5920\u5927\u5e45\u5ea6\u63d0\u9ad8\u514d\u75ab\u6cbb\u7642\u5c0d\u4ed8\u56fa\u614b\u7624\u7684\u6210\u6548\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u91dd\u5c0dMMT\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u9776\u5411\u6cbb\u7642\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n
