Plants<\/em>)\uff0c\u70ba\u589e\u5f37\u8fb2\u4f5c\u7269\u6297\u65f1\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b0\u65b9\u5411\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u5167\u819c\u7cfb\u7d71\u7336\u5982\u771f\u6838\u751f\u7269\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u5668\u5b98\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u819c\u80de\u5668\u8ca0\u8cac\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u662f\u771f\u6838\u751f\u7269\u4e2d\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u5de5\u5ee0\uff0c\u8ca0\u8cac\u88fd\u9020\u819c\u86cb\u767d\u548c\u5206\u6ccc\u86cb\u767d\u7b49\uff0c\u5176\u5f8c\u904b\u9001\u5230\u6709\u5982\u5206\u767c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u9ad8\u723e\u57fa\u9ad4\uff0c\u5c07\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5206\u985e\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u9001\u5230\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u6700\u7d42\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u3002\u7531\u5167\u8cea\u7db2\u5230\u9ad8\u723e\u57fa\u9ad4\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u8f38\u9001\u662f\u7531COPII\u56ca\u6ce1\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u4e0d\u4f46\u64d4\u7576\u300c\u90f5\u5dee\u300d\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u66f4\u6703\u6309\u7167\u74b0\u5883\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u63c0\u9078\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u904b\u9001\uff0c\u4ee5\u555f\u52d5\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u6a5f\u5236\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u9818\u5c0e\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u7684\u4e2d\u5927\u5353\u654f\u751f\u547d\u79d1\u5b78\u6559\u6388\u517c\u7d30\u80de\u5668\u751f\u7269\u5408\u6210\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb<strong>\u59dc\u91cc\u6587\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u9053\u51fa\u7814\u7a76\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u5316\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u7ce7\u98df\u4f9b\u61c9\u5e36\u4f86\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u690d\u7269\u4e2d\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u50b3\u8f38\u6a5f\u7406\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u5668\u7684\u751f\u7269\u5f62\u6210\u6a5f\u5236\u81f3\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u751f\u7269\u5de5\u7a0b\u5c0b\u627e\u63d0\u9ad8\u8fb2\u4f5c\u7269\u6297\u9006\u80fd\u529b\u53ca\u7522\u91cf\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u91dd\u5c0d\u690d\u7269\u9762\u5c0d\u4e7e\u65f1\u6642\u5982\u4f55\u900f\u904e\u6fc0\u7d20\u8abf\u63a7\u5f62\u6210\u56ca\u6ce1\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5229\u7528\u904e\u53bb\u4e8c\u5341\u5e74\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5b50\u5b78\u53ca\u86cb\u767d\u7d44\u5b78\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u53ca\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u4e16\u754c\u9818\u5148\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u6210\u529f\u5229\u7528\u690d\u7269\u4f86\u6e90\u6750\u6599\u5728\u9ad4\u5916\u91cd\u7d44COPII\u56ca\u6ce1\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u767c\u73fe\u5728\u690d\u7269\u6fc0\u7d20\u812b\u843d\u9178\u7684\u8a98\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u6703\u5f62\u6210\u5de8\u578b\u56ca\u6ce1\uff0c\u5927\u5c0f\u7d04\u662f\u666e\u901aCOPII\u56ca\u6ce1\u5169\u500d\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5de8\u578b\u56ca\u6ce1\u53ef\u4ee5\u651c\u5e36\u5927\u91cf\u8207\u61c9\u5c0d\u9006\u5883\u8105\u8feb\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u591a\u901a\u9053\u819c\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u904b\u8f38\u5b83\u5011\u5230\u9ad8\u723e\u57fa\u9ad4\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u4f5c\u7528\u5730\u9ede\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u300c\u6307\u4ee4\u300d\u690d\u7269\u555f\u52d5\u6297\u65f1\u6a5f\u5236\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u4ed6\u5011\u540c\u6642\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5de8\u578b\u56ca\u6ce1\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u662f\u53d7\u5230\u4e00\u7a2e\u540d\u70ba<em>AtSar1a<\/em>\u7684\u8abf\u63a7\u86cb\u767d\u6240\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5728\u4e7e\u65f1\u5be6\u9a57\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e4f<em>AtSar1a<\/em>\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u690d\u7269\u76f8\u6bd4\u8d77\u540c\u985e\u578b\u7684\u91ce\u751f\u54c1\u7a2e\uff0c\u5176\u8449\u7247\u6c23\u5b54\u589e\u5927\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u6c34\u4efd\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u6d41\u5931\u3002\u6839\u64da\u4ee5\u4e0a\u65b0\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u690d\u7269\u5728\u9006\u5883\u4e0b\u901a\u904e\u6fc0\u7d20\u8abf\u63a7\u91cd\u5851\u5167\u819c\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u4e26\u5f9e\u57fa\u790e\u79d1\u5b78\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u70ba\u6297\u9006\u8fb2\u4f5c\u7269\u7684\u57f9\u80b2\u548c\u7be9\u9078\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u9769\u547d\u6027\u65b0\u601d\u8def\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u59dc\u91cc\u6587\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5927\u7d04\u5728
