RNAs\uff08\u7c21\u7a31sCAG\uff09\u6703\u56b4\u91cd\u7834\u58de\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80deDNA\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u5f15\u767c\u4ea8\u5ef7\u9813\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u3002\u9019\u662f\u9996\u6b21\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u8b49\u5be6sCAG\u8db3\u4ee5\u640d\u5bb3\u795e\u7d93\u5143DNA\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u901a\u904e\u5c0f\u9f20\u52d5\u7269\u75be\u75c5\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u4e00\u7a2e\u65b0\u578b\u85e5\u7269\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u4fdd\u8b77\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80deDNA\u514d\u53d7\u640d\u50b7\uff0c\u70ba\u4ea8\u5ef7\u9813\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u884c\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u7814\u7a76\u5e36\u4f86\u65b0\u66d9\u5149\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u7336\u5982\u4e00\u500b\u66f8\u67b6\uff0c\u88cf\u9762\u7684\u66f8\u7c4d\u5c31\u662f\u69cb\u6210\u5305\u62ec\u4eba\u985e\u5728\u5167\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u7684\u6240\u6709\u907a\u50b3\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u9673\u6559\u6388\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u7576sCAG\u5728\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u7a4d\u805a\u81f3\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u7834\u58de\u66f8\u67b6\u7684\u5916\u6bbc\u300cNUDT16\u300d\u2014\u2014\u8ca0\u8cac\u4fdd\u8b77\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6210\u5206\u3002NUDT16\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u53d7\u640d\uff0c\u5927\u8166\u7d30\u80de\u6703\u8fc5\u901f\u51fa\u73fe\u57fa\u56e0\u640d\u50b7\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u6f14\u5316\u6210\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u53ca\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6062\u5fa9NUDT16\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u529f\u80fd\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u9632\u6b62\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u57fa\u56e0\u640d\u50b7\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u4ea8\u5ef7\u9813\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6210\u5e74\u767c\u75c5\u7684\u7f55\u898b\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u901a\u5e38\u65bc30\u81f340\u591a\u6b72\u958b\u59cb\u51fa\u73fe\u75c7\u72c0\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u75c5\u60c5\u60e1\u5316\uff0c\u5927\u8166\u5167\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u640d\u50b7\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u60a3\u8005\u8eab\u9ad4\u904b\u52d5\u4e0d\u5354\u8abf\u53ca\u8a8d\u77e5\u601d\u7dad\u80fd\u529b\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u6709\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73fe\u7cbe\u795e\u7570\u5e38\u969c\u7919\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u53ca\u4e2d\u570b\u5167\u5730\u5df2\u6709\u4ea8\u5ef7\u9813\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u78ba\u8a3a\u75c5\u4f8b\uff0c\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u73fe\u6642\u85e5\u7269\u53ea\u80fd\u7de9\u89e3\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u6cbb\u7652\u4ea8\u5ef7\u9813\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u53ef\u7de9\u89e3\u4ea8\u5ef7\u9813\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u5c0f\u9f20\u904b\u52d5\u969c\u7919\u7684\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u85e5\u7269<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u9673\u6d69\u7136\u6559\u6388\u8207\u535a\u58eb\u5f8c\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u5f6d\u5c11\u6cd3\u535a\u58eb\u53ca\u5718\u968a\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u767c\u73fe\u4e00\u7a2e\u540d\u70baDB213\u7684\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u85e5\u7269\u80fd\u5920\u8207sCAG\u7d50\u5408\u4e26\u4e2d\u548c\u5176\u6bd2\u6027\uff0c\u5728\u5c0f\u9f20\u52d5\u7269\u6a21\u578b\u5be6\u9a57\u4e2d\u986f\u8457\u6539\u5584\u4ea8\u5ef7\u9813\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u969c\u7919\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5229\u7528\u6838\u78c1\u5171\u632f\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5256\u6790DB213\u8207sCAG\u7684\u8907\u5408\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3DB213\u5982\u4f55\u9328\u5b9asCAG\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u5c07\u5229\u7528\u6b64\u5c08\u5229\u6280\u8853\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u512a\u5316\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u5347\u5176\u5c0d\u4ea8\u5ef7\u9813\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u7684\u7642\u6548\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u9673\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u69ae\u5e78\u80fd\u70ba\u4ea8\u5ef7\u9813\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8ca2\u737b\u4e86\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u584a\u4e1f\u5931\u7684\u62fc\u5716\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u66f4\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5f9e\u539f\u5b50\u5c64\u9762\u4e0a\u7406\u89e3DB213\u5982\u4f55\u4e2d\u548csCAG\u7684\u6bd2\u6027\u53ca\u7de9\u89e3\u4ea8\u5ef7\u9813\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u3002\u6211\u5011\u63a1\u7528\u9f3b\u8154\u5438\u5165\u6cd5\u8b93\u5c0f\u9f20\u52d5\u7269\u75be\u75c5\u6a21\u578b\u651d\u5165DB213\u6642\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u5b83\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u5730\u9632\u6b62\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u5167DNA\u640d\u50b7\u4e26\u6539\u5584\u5c0f\u9f20\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u969c\u7919\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u5730\u767c\u73feDB213\u53ef\u901a\u904e\u9f3b\u8154\u9032\u5165\u8166\u90e8\u795e\u7d93\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u986f\u793a\u5176\u6cbb\u7642\u6f5b\u529b\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5df2\u6e96\u5099\u597d\u5c07\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\u6295\u5165\u81e8\u5e8a\u524d\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u6211\u5011\u6df1\u4fe1\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u4ea8\u5ef7\u9813\u821e\u8e48\u75c7\uff0cDB213\u4e5f\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u5176\u4ed6\u7f55\u898b\u795e\u7d93\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u591a\u7a2e\u810a\u9ad3\u5c0f\u8166\u840e\u7e2e\u75c7\u3002\u300d<\/p>\r\n<p>\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\u5df2\u767c\u8868\u65bc\u77e5\u540d\u79d1\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u2014\u2014\u300a\u7f8e\u570b\u5
