We will examine case studies like OpenAI\u2019s GPT models, addressing how such innovations challenge existing IP frameworks. The conference aims to provide a comprehensive overview of AI\u2019s transformative role in General, particularly how the new AI will enrich the Intangible Asset (AI) of companies. AI includes IP. Specifically, we will focus on patentability issues, copyright considerations and trade secret protection for AI-generated works & all AI technology. How AI may affect and generate multiple tiers of data and the database will be discussed.
