The University will closely monitor the situation and&nbsp;announce any changes to the teaching arrangements for the new semester,&nbsp;should they become necessary.<\/p><p>(2)&nbsp;Work arrangement&nbsp;from 14 July:<\/p><p>All departments and units will maintain normal services and operation.&nbsp;The University encourages all Department\/ Unit heads to exercise flexibility under practical and allowable circumstances according to operational needs,&nbsp;including staggered reporting time and lunch hours,&nbsp;or work-from-home where the job nature permits.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Those who&nbsp;feel ill&nbsp;are advised to seek immediate medical consultation,&nbsp;inform their unit heads of the situation and stay&nbsp;home.<\/p><p>The University&rsquo;s Emergency Response Group has prepared a list of emergency measures in case any staff member is diagnosed with COVID-19&nbsp;or is classified as a close contact by the Department of Health.
