This exhibition, which focuses on the connections between food and climate change, encourages the community to achieve carbon neutrality in Hong Kong through low-carbon diets. It features the outcomes of a 24-month community engagement project, Environment and Conservation Fund \u201cEasy Climate-Friendly Diet\u201d, supported by the Environment and Conservation Fund of the HKSAR Government. It includes\u00a0climate-friendly recipes<\/a>\u00a0created by 46 \u201cYoung Climate Chefs\u201d, students from 10 participating secondary schools, and introduces the \u201cFarm-to-Table Strategy\u201d and principles for practising climate-friendly diet, with the aim of accelerating climate actions.<\/p>\r\n
