Synopsis of Lecture:

Newton’s laws of mechanics form a major foundation of all engineering developments – including biomedical engineering. Mechanics and its applications help us understand human movement, spine loading, bone architecture, joint lubrication, implant design, tissue regeneration, and all the way down to cell migration. This talk will show you some interesting examples.
