Mr. Alan Chan
Alan Chan is a designer, brand consultant and artist. During his 49 years’ career in advertising and design, he has led his company – Alan Chan Design Company – to receive more than 600 local and international awards. Since 2000, Chan has ventured into the new arena of fine arts, alongside his practice in graphic and spatial design. He is honoured by the Hong Kong Design Centre as the World’s Outstanding Chinese Designer in 2017.

The design philosophy of Alan Chan, “Oriental Passion, Western Harmony”, is well-recognised by the international design scene and has brought immense influences to young designers. This lecture presents a wide range of end-to-end design-driven solutions by Alan Chan Design Company, including branding, product innovation, interior design, art programme and event management. They offer a niche creative approach through the seamless integration of art and culture as the core essence, resulting in a one-of-a-kind visual transformation that enhances user experience.
The lecture will be conducted in English.
