Are leaders born or made? Is there a particular gene that can predict who will be a future leader? How will being a leader change your health and well-being? Will leadership fundamentally shape your personality? In this luncheon talk, Prof. Li Wendong will offer some interesting answers to these questions based on his research findings. He will also talk about the practical implications of his research on leaders, employees, organizations and the general public.

As leaders in two big corporations, Ms. Cally Chan will share her leadership philosophy and personal journey of how to lead in our fast-changing economy. She will also offer her tips in supporting multicultural teams with different personalities and talents to thrive for their best and collaborate for success.
