With funding provided by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Hong Kong Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies will host a public lecture entitled “Plotting the Future of the Belt and Road Initiative: Connections, Opportunities and Challenges” at CUHK to explore the significance of the land-based Silk Road Economic Belt and the Maritime Silk Road. It will bring the factor of Hong Kong into the discussion and explore the role of Hong Kong in the process of the Belt meeting the Road.
