Biography of Speaker:

張根，來自雲南民族大學少數民族地區農村社會發展研究所，研究方向為農村社會學，關注社會組織發展及參與受災農村災後重建，系雲南省振滇社會組織發展研究院理事。主持過省部級項目3項和廳級課題5項，參與指導各類公益發展項目4項。目前，參與指導實施雲南省“三區”社會工作人才支持項目。

Synopsis of Lecture:

農村留守青年群體在外出務工成為主流的農村所占比例較少，但他們是中國農村經濟社會發展的帶頭人、參與農村民主治理的主導者和農村新鄉賢階層的主體。目前，對他們的關注和專門研究較少。在農村，這些青年人的成長經歷就是他們建構屬己社會關係網路的過程。中國農村社會關係網路是如何發展變化的？在社區傳統文化和市場化思潮的雙重影響下，他們又是如何適應這種變化的？這是我們需要關注的問題。
