“Love Food Hate Waste @ CUHK” campaign has been launched for over two years, which aims to promote cherishing of food and reducing food waste to our staff and students through a series of educational, promotional and food waste recycling activities implemented throughout the campus. To promote the message further and to appreciate the support from our partners and canteens, a grand event ‘The Leftover Meal’ will be organized next Thursday in Central Campus. Snacks and food with ingredients primarily come from leftovers and vegetables trims will be served. We are glad that Mr. KS Wong, JP, Secretary for the Environment and Prof. Joseph Sung, Vice Chancellor will join us. Please come and support the event.
