Postponement of the CUHK 96th Congregation for the Conferment of Honorary Degrees
Given the collective efforts of the community to support the recovery and relief work following the tragic fire at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po, the 96th Congregation for the Conferment of Honorary Degrees originally scheduled for 11 December 2025 (Thursday) will be postponed until further notice.
The University extends its deepest condolences to those who lost their lives and our heartfelt sympathies to the affected families and residents. The rescheduled date and details will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
