The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and China Renaissance signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement on 8th November 2025 to strengthen the promotional collaboration between the two parties in AI talent cultivation, research results transformation, and ecosystem development, aiming to efficiently link the innovation chain, industry chain, and capital chain through industry-academia-research collaboration.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Tony Lu, Head of Government and Public Affairs and Managing Director at China Renaissance Chairperson’s Office, and Professor Benny Zee, Director of Knowledge Transfer Office at CUHK. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr Arthur Lam, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Shanghai, Mr Yongbo Du, Co-President and Managing Partner of Huaxing Growth Capital, and Dr Gene Man, Head of Knowledge Transfer Events Management at CUHK.
