Graduate Admission Ticket
You are expected to confirm your attendance the 87th Congregation and the Master's Degree Graduation Ceremony by online registration on or before 14 October 2019. Failure to register will be regarded as NOT joining the Ceremony. Admission ticket for graduate will be sent to you by email one week before the Congregation.
Guest Admission Ticket
The 87th Congregation (7 November 2019)
Each graduate can register for a maximum of 2 admission tickets for his/her accompanying guests. Due to limited capacity of the ceremonial ground, ALL tickets for guests of master's degree graduates are only for viewing live broadcast of the ceremony at the lecture theatres on the campus. Please register online for the guest admission tickets. Admission tickets for guests will be sent out by post in late October. Please contact us at 3943-8899 or email us if you do not receive the ticket(s) one week before the Congregation.
Master's Degree Graduation Ceremony (8 or 9 November 2019)
Due to the limited seating capacity, each graduate can register for a limited number of admission tickets for his/her accompanying guests. For the maximum number of guest admission tickets and registration, please login to the online registration system.
Limited additional guest admission tickets for viewing the live broadcast of the ceremony at the nearby Lecture Theatres will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis. To obtain these additional tickets (a maximum of 2 tickets per graduate), graduates are requested to fill in an application form and send it back with a stamped self-addressed envelope to your faculty before 14 October 2019. Requests without the stamped self-addressed envelope will not be considered.
Delivery of Admission Tickets: Admission tickets for graduates and guests will be delivered according to the arrangement of your faculty. Please refer to the information on the online registration system.
