All graduates and guests who plan to attend the Congregation must register via online on or before 16 October 2020. They are requested to present the tickets for admission on the day. According to the Government’s policy on social distancing, the halls and all other indoor venues will be filled only to 50% of their seating capacity. Hence, it will be arranged for graduates to attend the ceremony in person at the ceremonial ground, while the graduates' guests will be invited to view a live webcast of the ceremony in the designated venues on campus.
Ticket(s) will be sent to the graduate by email or post by Faculty. Please refer to your respective Facilities for the tickets arrangement
