Our beloved former Vice-Chancellor and Nobel Laureate in Physics, Prof Charles K. Kao is turning 80 today (4 Nov 2013)! Vice-Chancellor Prof Joseph Sung and a number of colleagues celebrated Prof Kao’s birthday with Prof and Mrs Kao at a party earlier this morning.
