Using the pseudonym “Seeyu”, she has participated in joint exhibitions since 2014, and holding solo exhibitions starting from 2016.
Seeyu portrays the metropolitan scenery of Hong Kong in a distinctive style, incorporating fantastic or mythical elements into realistic city landscape. Her works blend the spirit of Chinese painting and the style of “Reverie Realism”. Apart from hills and harbour, local symbols like ferry, pontoon, bus, tram are also the objects of her paintings. In this exhibition, about 50 recent paintings of Seeyu will be on display. They include the scenery of the Chung Chi campus, which shows the serenity of the Lake Ad Excellentiam.
