CUHK Mooncake for Charity

Event Details:
The University has joined hands with Caritas La Vie, a local social enterprise which provides job opportunities for the mentally disabled through its baking workshop, to produce “CUHK Mooncake”. Each “CUHK Mooncake” is customized with the University’s name and is made of low sugar white lotus seed paste with two yolks.
A box of 4 pieces will be offered at HK$300. For each box sold, the CUHK‧Care service team will deliver a free mooncake to the elderly in Shatin / Tai Po. Moreover, procceds from the mooncake sales will be donated to support I‧CARE Programme of the University.
