Biography of Speaker:
Kai Chi Leung is a columnist and a commentator. He has a PhD in Geography from the University of Minnesota. He serves as a part-time lecturer at the School of Journalism and Communication at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests include Hong Kong Society, Globalization, and International Development. Alongside his academic pursuit, he is equally enthusiastic in community engagement, including various local urban issues.
