Event Details:

Widely recognised as one of the greatest creative minds of all time, Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí (1852-1926) is renowned for his inimitable aesthetic that fuses art and architecture through the use of colourful mosaic patterns, vigorous curved forms and nature-inspired elements. Seven of his signature pieces have been listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the Sagrada Família, Park Güell, Casa Milà and Casa Batlló. In this lecture, leading Gaudí experts from Barcelona, Mireia Massagué and Pere Jordi Figuerola Rotger, will share their insights on the master architect’s vision, body of work and connections with Chinese culture.
